As this was a gift to my sister I wanted it to be sent to her so I put on the order her address but the website changed it to mine and I couldn't get hold of anyone needless to say the gift was late. It would have been nice if I could get hold of someone before it was dispatched.

Delivery time is too much
Delivery time is too much . It is not expected. Ordered on 6th July and received on 3rd August. It is too much time. It’s really frustrating. Also no tracking mechanism via online or via store.

I loved my order!
I loved my order!! This is my favourite place to buy jewellery from. My recent purchase was a gift for mine and my boyfriends two year and he’s gonna love them. I love how this company does collections for him and for her. The delivery service was abit confusing when it got sent the wrong way but it got delivered faster than I expected so I’m still happy with that.

My ring arrived 4 days late and throughout the time I could not reach anyone for help. The account i opened wouldn't open and even password reset wasn't working for what reason, I don't know.
