Had a problem finding my order for a high value product. With no telephone number to contact anyone regarding my issue, I phoned the Stockport shop , I spoke to a lovely lady called Chelsea. She was the most helpful person I’ve spoke to in retail for many years. She took up my problem immediately and investigated. Within less than 15 minutes problem resolved. Excellent customer service
