I was under the impression the gift I bought was next day delivery however it took nearly a week to come, arrived after the occasion I bought it for and came in a tiny plastic envelope

Awful
No response from customer service after only 2 weeks the ring is completely peeling, not been slept in or in the shower/bath been kept dry, absolutely awful

I love Warren james always get my hooped earrings usually 1 or 2 pairs a year they were marked up as xlarge hooped earrings yet they were smaller than the ones I usually get and nearly double the price I kept them because I needed a new pair
