Jade has been fantastic not only in the showroom, guiding me round the various beds, especially as she had just come back to work having been really ill, but she then had to change my delivery booking twice because of my work commitments. She was determined to solve the delivery challenges for me and she succeeded. I have no hesitation in recommending Warren Evans to anyone and I am sure I will love the new bed and mattress too. Me and my fiancé came to buy a new mattress Gul was Amasing. She talked us through all the different mattresses and what she thought would be best for my back. She couldn’t have been more helpful she made the decision very easy and not over complicated. My whole family have Warren evens mattresses. Never felt a more comfy mattress and the fact they’re organic is just the best. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. Thank you so much guys

We couldn't have had a better experience buying our first mattress from Warren Evans.

We decided on Warren Evans due to the non-toxic + organic nature of their materials as I have very sensitive skin. We were shown around the Camden Showroom by Warren himself, he was extremely knowledgeable, giving us a brief history of the company and was able to answer all of the questions we had. We felt so reassured having been taken such good care of and not rushed at all to make a decision.

Warren really helped us out and we ended up with a mattress that originally would have been way outside of our price range which we are so thankful for.

The communication to arrange our delivery and payment was super smooth and the actual delivery process went really well considering we are a 2nd-floor flat with very narrow staircases.

It's only been a week since the mattress arrived but I can genuinely say it has been the best week's sleep of my life - we ended up choosing the Organic+ 6000 King and I would 100% recommend Warren Evans and this mattress to anyone looking for their forever mattress.

The Camden showroom is nicely laid out with a good selection of beds to choose from and to try. I've always found Warren Evans beds and mattresses to be of the best quality and comfort.
Joe was very helpful and made my choice of mattress a pleasant experience.

10 years ago I bought a bunk-bed from Warren Evans and now I needed the little pins to assemble it again. I contacted them and straight away they tried to find a solution, even if they had since discontinued this range of beds. In particular Joe and Dawid have been very friendly and supportive, in a very timely manner and finally found a way for me to get the relevant items.

Great showroom in Camden. Joe was friendly and welcoming. Answered our questions well. Would reccomend - like that they can recycle your old mattress too.

No pressure to purchase mattress testing, assisted as required. We've always purchased our bed frames and mattresses from WE, and there's a good reason for that! We purchased from the new Borough market showroom, friendly and helpful.

Great advice and a truly wonderful mattress. We had a Warren Evans mattress previously and dared to try a different brand after being lured in by talk of mattresses in boxes. Big mistake and we won't be doing that again! Luckily we were able to send the other mattress back and it was replaced by a soft, natural and incredibly comfortable one from Warren Evans. We had a quick video call with a member of the team who was super helpful in making sure we had the right product for us and our mattress was then delivered as soon as possible after Christmas. Fantastic service and we will definitely now be sticking with Warren Evans going forward!
