We loved their mattress but unfortunately discovered that it couldn’t fit in our new home. Joe was really helpful and patient while we tried to figure it all out. If we move into a new home big enough, we’ll definitely be back to get one!

I can only praise this company and their beds and mattresses. We went to their showroom and were given fantastic advice. We then went away and have bought three mattresses of various sizes. I have had a call since with great advice and confirmation of the delivery details.

A very personal service provided on choosing a mattress. No hassle or pushy tactics. Dawid very patient with my needs for a comfy mattress. And he kindly held the discount whilst I decided. Mattress not delivered yet but I have every confidence all will be fine. And if not I’m allowed to change or be refunded. What’s there to loose in such a deal. Thank you

We recently bought a mattress from Warren Evans. The customer service was amazing! Unsure of firmness needs after hip replacement a long trial period was allowed for firmness testing and when we wanted to exchange all was smooth and easy from collection and exchange to refunding difference.
Queries and problems all dealt with promptly, and the team went above and beyond to make sure we got the right mattress. From being able to visit a store to long sleep trial and no quibble exchange, responsive phone and email to the high quality organic ethically produced products I can't recommend this company highly enough. All round brilliant!

Recently when I was looking for a new mattress, I visited one or two of the nationwide 'chains' and found the number of different mattresses overwhelming. I also found I was being recommended mattresses that I did not want! I then remembered that a few years ago when I lived in London, I had purchased my then bed and mattress from Warren Evans and been really happy with my purchase. So, I went to their website. Immediately choosing was made simpler with an easy-to-understand and well explained range. I was reminded about the values of the company and the craftsmanship that goes into making their mattresses. I liked the look of the Organic 6000 Hybrid mattress but wanted to try it out before purchasing. I travelled down to London to the Camden showroom and I was assisted by Joe who was friendly and helpful in answering my questions. The showroom is a very relaxed space and there is no pressure placed to make a purchase. Although I already knew which mattress I wanted, Joe then offered to leave me to it to give me the space to try the other mattresses and take my time making my mind up about the Organic 6000. I appreciated that. Warren Evans himself then happened to walk across the showroom and we struck up a conversation. Showing Warren a photo of my existing bed frame he offered advice about the slats which were a tad too far apart. Again, much appreciated. I was further assisted by Joe when it came to arranging a courier to transport the mattress as I live outside of London (if you are in London then Warren Evans deliver to you). This was all super easy to arrange and my mattress arrived last week. I absolutely love it and the nice experience in purchasing it has added to that.

Great to have an actual showroom to see the beds and mattresses with a knowledgeable staff (Dawid) to explain the differences. Looking forward to receiving the made-to-order bed.

I have bought a mattress from Warren Evans before and know they are excellent quality and very comfortable mattresses therefore I knew I could order one for my own bed today with complete confidence, especially given their excellent customer service and guarantees. Once again I had excellent help and support in making my choice from Dawid. Highly recommend this company.

Confused by the labelling we ordered a mattress that was too soft for us. Warren Evans changed it with no hassle and we are totally delighted with the new firm one. Dawid at the London Bridge showroom was very helpful and explained everything to help us choose the one for us.

Showroom very pleasant with examples of the different mattresses. Very prompt attention from the sales team one of whom (Joshua) explained the differences between the mattress types and helped me decide which would be suitable.
Great that the mattresses are made of natural materials - no plastics -and aree made in the UK.
They also remove your old mattress with no extra charge. This will be my 3rd mattress from Warren Evans and all have been great.

Buying a bed emerges enjoyable instead of a nightmare. I have had such a headache buying a bedframe for my small London first-floor flat. One company stipulated I'd not been clear enough on where to deliver, refused to deliver and assemble as I'd been "misleading" on access, delivered a broken bed and charged me extra for the privilege. Warren Evans couldn't have been more different. I feel compelled to write this review because it was an actively joyous experience. The two delivery men were completely at ease with the delivery location and very prompt with the timing. Within 20 minutes the whole bed had been delivered, carried upstairs and assembled all with a great positive attitude and experience. It's a shame I won't be needing to buy a bed from Warren Evans anytime soon because the quality and make of the bed is so high, and customer care and experience so amenable and top class.

I recently purchased a mattress from Warren Evan in what I thought was a limited Valentines Day sale. I have since learned that all products on the website are permanently on sale. I feel completely cheated and stupid for falling for such base scam.
I thought this was an ethical business, but clearly not!

I can only assume that the suspiciously hight number of 5 star reviews are fake and paid for.
I have lost all respect for this company and its integrity.

Edit: following the reply from ‘anonymous’ I can only reiterate and warn any future potential customer’s that Warren Evans have permanent ‘sales’ on to lure in customers.
I don’t think this is an honest way to do business and it put all of their other claims in doubt.
Do not trust this company.

We had excellent, quiet help choosing our bed and mattress. Smooth delivery and assembling, a little mark was reported and rectified swiftly. The bed is exactly what we wanted, super comfy and handsome. We will buy again from you, top products and equally professional and warm customer service. Thank you!

I had been slightly dreading this bed purchase recce because these days there's a huge amount of choice people can get lost in, but sales assistant Joe very efficiently and pleasantly took us through the various options in an organised way. After about 45/50 minutes we'd narrowed down the choices to make it easier to come to a final decision. It's also a nice showroom to visit!

Dawid took his time to explain the various mattress options before we made our choice.

The service from warren Evans Camden has been excellent. From Josh in the showroom to the speed and efficiency of delivery - and when I needed to change my order quote late in the day they accommodated the change so quickly and without any fuss. Being a small company it is easy to communicate with the office and the two delivery people were super efficient and friendly. And the bed is great!

Nice beds but have been trying to find out how to detach under bed storage and can’t find out.

Dawid in the London Bridge/Borough Market store was so helpful and generous with his time and was able to give us information on the wide range of quality options for a replacement bed frame. A great company producing high quality items and with knowledgeable and helpful staff which is why we've always bought our beds from Warren Evans.
