This was the best shopping experience I have had in a long time. Layout of the show room was wonderful, and the customer service from Dawid was top class.
I would highly recommend this company, not just for the customer service but because they sell natural non toxic, no chemicals mattress that are extremely comfortable and 100% better for your health.
I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

David was excellent.Really informative and helpful sensitive guidance throughout. We didn’t feel rushed and there was no sense of hard sell. Not the case with some retailers!

A few weeks a go I had the very unenviable task of buying a new mattress and as soon as I started looking I realised many places either don’t have a show room or don’t have the one I want on display it was a nightmare!

Fortunately Warren Evans not only have a show room but it’s little slice of heaven! Such a beautiful space in an easy location with the beds in place that you actually want to try.

Staff very helpful and knowledgeable about when to leave a customer to their own devices and exploration.

I found what I wanted, arranged delivery and the rest is history!

Only small downside which isn’t unique to Warren evans, is the time it takes for delivery! But I’m very happy with everything and would absolutely buy from again.

Dawid at Warren Evan’s showroom at Wandsworth’s Common helped me every step of the way to choose the right mattress for me. Being able to lay on each mattress and enjoy the quality made a difference sand confirmed that these mattresses are top quality in materials and manufacture.

His guidance during the decision-making process was invaluable, and he never once made me feel rushed or pressured. The delivery crews were also exceptional - always professional, efficient, and careful with both the furniture and my property. But what truly sets Warren Evans apart is their client-first approach. After delivery, I realised I needed to swap my bed frame for an ottoman for extra storage, and then subsequently exchange the headboard for a different size. Rochelle in the customer support team was absolutely wonderful throughout, being incredibly understanding and going above and beyond to accommodate my requests. The flexibility and care shown by the entire team has been remarkable. Most importantly, the product quality is outstanding. The Organic 4000 mattress is genuinely one of the best I've ever slept on!

I have shopped at Warren Evans for over 30 years. I recently decided to change my WE mattress (still going after 17 years) to buy the current top range one and again my experience has been great.
Sintija at one of the showrooms (I wanted to "try it before buying it") was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery staff punctual and professional and the mattress is fantastic. I am very happy of my continuous choice and I cannot recommend Warren Evens enough.

We recently had reason to change our mattress after 2 years and were pleasantly surprised to find it was still under guarantee, as we had a few issues with it. After one or two pleasant email exchanges with Rochelle who was very professional and helpful, she agreed to exchange our mattress for a new one which would be delivered free of charge and the old one taken away.
Our family have had Warren Evans mattresses and beds for over 20 years now and have been very happy with them so we’re looking forward to getting our new one!

We’ve got two beds from Warren Evans - both good quality are very comfortable. We had a bit of an issue with our 2nd bed, however, the customer service has been exceptional in helping to resolve it - top quality products from a family business that cares about its customers!

We went to the London Bridge showroom for a new mattress, 10 years after we bought our current mattress at Warren Evans. Really pleased they're back in business, as the experience this time around was just as seamless as last time, due mainly to the expertise, helpfulness and friendly service of the sales assistant. Really happy with our purchase and looking forward to delivery.

I’ve had my new mattress (6000 med firm/firm) for a week and I can honestly say I have never slept better.
I love it so much that I’m now going to bed earlier than my kids.
Service and delivery were impeccable, the online experience was brilliant and it was so easy to order.

Had my mattress delivered today. The delivery guys Albi and Hermi couldn’t have done enough. Super quick efficient, very polite and courteous. Hassle free, free recycling of the mattress.. added bonus.

Contact with the office too was no exception - the staff were very good. Delivery information and timings were seamless and easy. All points of contact through the service chain were easy and hassle free.

This company is worth five plus stars! From the moment I phoned for advice to sleeping on the bed I could not be happier. I decided that the headboard I ordered was a little low and Warren Evans changed it without a quibble. The bed looks great and the mattress is very comfortable. The delivery guys who assembled the bed were professional and very helpful. I will certainly recommend Warren Evans to my friends and family and am blown away by their excellent customer service.

Did not have to wait too long for delivery. The day before got a confirmation and on the day they phoned ahead to say I was next. Clear instructions and excellent friendly team who did the delivery quickly and efficiently. The product is just right after I gave a short list of our preferences regarding sleep and comfort - and we are both different. This is our second mattress the first being in 2012.

Brilliant customer service. I was allowed to take home a sample headboard for an hour to check matches. Old mattress removed FOC. As a long standing customer with my family from early days in Camden, nothing has changed and I’m jealous of my son’s Ottoman as it has far easier opening and mechanism’s than something I bought from John Lewis a couple of years ago.
