Avoid - save yourself a battle if you ever need to claim
Fabulous and friendly staff when they are trying to sell you a package or extended package.
Reality is - once in, they don’t answer the phone, don’t respond to e-mails and when they do, they do not show decent customer service or human kindness.

I have been with these for the past 3 years and within three months of joining had a major breakdown which cost an arm and a leg but they paid with no hassle at all and i picked the garage i had to pay a share towards it but they certainly softened the blow with what they paid so i have gone with them again for another three years at the same cost as three years ago, fantastic value and highly recommend them to anyone.

Complicated claims process
Complicated claims process, called to process a claim and the gentleman on the phone was speaking through his script so so fast that I had to keep getting him to repeat it all.
The warranty claim was denied because apparently the faults on the report did not match the symptoms that my van had.
So the clunking of my suspension was not attributed to a broken coil? (Thats exactly what it was.)
So the engine manangement lights were not attributed to the turbo hose being split? (Thats exactly why it was on).
It took them 5 days to reject it, simply awful.
I don't have time to get a quote from a garage, wait for Warranty First to take 5 days to get back to me, for them to then take 7-14 days to pay the garage. Which garage in their right mind would wait that long??
Simply awful and won't even bother using them again.
Edit: In the interest of fairness and to update. It states in the original fault statement that I wrote ofan unknown noise coming from the undercarriage of the vehicle.
I don't know what there is to contest here.

Our records indicate you contacted us to report an issue with the vehicle going into limp mode and a light illuminated, the garage also confirmed the booking was only to check why the engine management light was on, there were no reported knocking noises to them or us. As such when the diagnosis was received, as there were no repairs quoted for the engine management light issue, we contacted the garage who advised they noted the broken coil as part of their checks.
Whilst we appreciate your disappointment in the outcome, the repair request has been reviewed in accordance with the plan held and the terms and conditions.
Thanks to Cameron and Ruby
Cameron supported very well and guided briefly regarding choosing the best warranty plan and Ruby also supported well and saved my time by calling and further processing. Thanks to Cameron and Ruby for good support.
