Great service
Great service, Aidan was great start to finish, also Jess when Aidan wasn’t available. Did everything they said they and even called back when the said they would! Genuinely they both seemed like they loved working there as well, which tells a great story.

I hate doing things like looking for insurance and sorting warranties out and I always put them off.

Let’s all hope this company liquidates- awful company.
This company is a rip of and is not worth the paper it’s written on.If you are thinking to get a policy out with this mob then don’t.If you have got one you have 14 days to cancel it.They don’t cover wear on tear is is a huge factor on used cars.Many other warranty company do cover that so go with another company.The day warranty first liquidates will make many of us who have had poor experiences with this useless company very happy.If you do have a current policy up for renewal please refuse.Warrenty first will just take your money and use excuses to not pay out.Things such as cambelt /timing chain issues they won’t pay for,other companies like Cover Me Warrenty will pay for it because there actually a decent company.Tell all your friends and family to avoid warrenty first.

Very tricky to deal with and they are looking any excuse not to pay full amount, only part of the repair. Said that they found cheaper parts online. Quality don't seem to their priority. Won't recommend it anyone

When a quotation is received, we will review the parts quoted and the labour time requested, in the case of your repair request, the parts needed were available from a reputable supplier at a lower cost than quoted.
The labour time requested was higher than industry standard times and we were only to contribute in line with those industry standard timings.
We are sorry you were unhappy with the payout offered, but can confirm the repair was reviewed in accordance with the plan held and the terms and conditions.

Cameron was a polite young man who gave me the information needed to decide which policy was best for me. I have used warranty first before and when my alternator failed on my van they were quick to agree to cover the repair and covered a good part of the cost. In my experience I would recommend warranty first.
