I seriously can’t recommend Alfie enough at West 4 Plumbing. His service goes above and beyond. I had problems with a few of my radiators not working. Although Alfie could not get to me he assured me that it wasn’t a major issue that I could fix myself. He kindly offered to talk me through how to check and bleed my radiators over the phone (at my convenience 👍🏾). Hey presto I’ve got amazing heat in all radiators and my house is lovely and toasty. Couldn’t be happier to recommend this company although he’s so busy (unsurprisingly) that I’m going to have to book him in advance next time ☺️ Happy to wait for excellence! Worth it 👍🏾 Thank you 🙏🏾

Wonderful experience. I called Alfie as the boiler in my rental flat was not working. He fitted me in that same day which was just fantastic as all the other companies I approached could only fit me in days later. He was knowledgable and the advice provided was sensible. He then fitted a new boiler the very next day and provided an extended 7 year warranty as he is a Vaillant expert installer. All relevant paperwork supplied as soon as job completed. Alfie has done an amazing job! He installed a new overflow bath filler which was challenging to reach due to it's positioning. He is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He also provided invaluable advice on other areas of the property which required attention. Extremely happy, especially considering that he came on a short notice in the evening. Highly recommend!

Alfie came recommended through our builder. And we're very happy he did!

Over two days he very conscientiously relocated pipework across our property into the utility room and replaced our system boiler, hot water cylinder, and thermostat. His pipework runs were all neatly ordered and mounted flush to the wall, and the overall layout was considerate of the tight confines of a small room. Throughout the process he also made recommendations on sizing the new boiler and cylinder to the property as we will be refurbishing it, and on choosing brands, all of which was a great help in an otherwise often confusing process.

When the installation was complete, he kindly walked us through operating and adjusting the system to our needs, and registering all of the products for guarantee purposes. (He's a Vaillant specialist installer, so we got a bonus two-years to our guarantee on the boiler, for having him install for us.) And over the phone today he patiently walked me through resolving a minor over-pressure in the system. All extremely reassuring, and much appreciated.

I can't recommend Alfie highly enough. He's personable, knowledgeable, and clearly proficient in his trade. We will certainly be happy to rely on him in the future.

I got several quotes to replace my boiler. I was very happy with my decision to use West 4. Alfie and team were very professional. It was a significant job because it involved fitting a new flue to a different location from the old one, but the work was done quickly to a very high standard. My new boiler works perfectly.
