If I could give Voyage Prive 6 stars then I would without hesitation!
I have been on 6 holidays with them in the last 18 months - fabulous every time.
Definitely great value for money - they include little extras within their packages which add to the value without scrimping on their quality. I have travelled on various trips - city breaks (Prague & Berlin) cruises - Adriatic, small boat cruise and Danube river cruise and visited Djerba& Mauritius so far this year! All very different but definitely made that bit better due to booking with Voyage Prive!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience booking my Jewels of the Gulf of Naples tour through Voyage Privé. From the moment I booked until the end of the trip, everything was exceptionally well organised.
The assistance provided throughout the holiday was outstanding. The team was always friendly, professional, and ready to help whenever needed, making the whole experience completely stress-free. Every transfer, excursion, and arrangement ran smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment.
The itinerary was fantastic, with the perfect balance of sightseeing and free time. Visiting the beautiful islands and the stunning Gulf of Naples was an unforgettable experience, and every detail was carefully planned.
I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the service and the excellent organisation. It exceeded my expectations in every way.
I would highly recommend Voyage Privé to anyone looking for a well-organised, high-quality holiday with excellent customer care. I will definitely book with Voyage Privé again in the future.

Beautiful hotel amazing place, fantastic transfers, everything is arranged and seamless

I have always found it very easy to book hotels and holiday packages through Voyage Privé. They offer excellent discounts on some of the very expensive hotels around the world which I would not normally be able to afford.

While the holidays are usually good, there is never any help if there's an issue

Hotel as described in package with a goodcentral location. Good central location. 10kg carry on luggage useful. Communication regarding transport to hotel from airport was prompt. I would recommend Voyage Prive.

The company were great. We missed our flight and had to book another. With changes of landing times they arranged transport to collect us and take us to a hotel we had to stay in on the first night as we would of landed too late to get the ferry boat. They arranged pickup the next day and the ferry tickets.

​UPDATE FOLLOWING RESPONSE: Thank you for publicly admitting that you sold my family this holiday using "AI-generated images."
​Under UK Consumer Law, you cannot sell premium '5-star' packages using computer-generated fabrications of rooms that do not exist, and then claim 'promotional imagery doesn't form part of a contract' when the real hotel turns out to be a cheap, unfinished disappointment.
​This public admission that you used fake, AI imagery to secure my booking has been screenshotted and submitted directly to ABTA and my bank's investigation team as written proof of your severe misrepresentation.

Do not trust a single photo on Voyage Privé’s website. They are actively engaging in the most deceptive "bait-and-switch" marketing I have ever encountered.
​I booked what was advertised as a premium, luxury 5-star resort with an upgraded Sea View room. Because I am traveling with an infant, I booked it to ensure we had the safety, hygiene, and space a baby absolutely requires.
​It was a total lie.
​The hotel was not even open when they took my money. Now that it is open, verified reviews and photos from devastated guests have exposed the shocking truth:

​The pictures are fake: The room photos are heavily manipulated, AI-generated fabrications. The actual rooms look nothing like advertised, featuring cheap finishes and broken fixtures.

​The 5-star rating is a lie: Independent travel registries and guest reviews prove this is a 3-star hotel at best.

​It is an active construction zone: The resort was opened far too early. Facilities are closed, and guests are walking through an unfinished building site.
​Forcing a family with a baby into an unfinished, misrepresented star property is not just shocking—it is a genuine safety risk.

​When I confronted Voyage Privé with this undeniable proof, their customer service was utterly disgraceful. After days of trying to resolve this reasonably, they have issued a formal final refusal. They have flat-out refused to refund me, refused to relocate my family to an actual 5-star hotel, and essentially told us to cancel & pay the cancellation fees. They even tried to claim their promotional images "don't form part of the contract" to dodge consumer laws.
​Because they have given a final refusal, I have been forced to escalate this. I have now logged a formal dispute with ABTA and my bank has launched a chargeback fraud investigation to claw back my money.

​Voyage Privé are selling cheap, unfinished resorts under the guise of luxury packages, and their customer service shuts the door on you when they get caught. Save your money, protect your family, and book elsewhere. This company is a complete disgrace.

This is the second time I have had awful experience with them. I tried to give them another chance but its really not worth it as they have scammed me twice now.

Everything was well organised and detailed plan was given in timely manner.

First time booking with Voyage Privé and it won’t be the last. I admit I was a bit nervous as I’d seen mixed reviews. From booking our holiday to departure everything went as planned. The documents and communication with me was excellent, everything offered was fulfilled. The hotel itself was outstanding the slight downside was the location but the only time this mattered was in the evening for meals as we weren’t a fan of the hotels dinner selection. Amazing holiday.

I've followed Voyage Prive for a few years but never been in a position to take an offer, until recently. I found the comms helpful, friendly, and very efficient when I had questions about the offer and when purchasing. We enjoyed a great night in London at a very expensive hotel at a fraction of the price, so thank you Voyage Prive... hopefully I'll be able to take advantage of another deal soon!

The company are very easy to deal with and always respond quickly to queries.
Hotel we stayed in was excellent.

Booked a trip with my daughter to Uzbekistan. Paid in full. Packed our bags, ready to go. Checked in with the airline on line. 14 hours prior to the flight taking off I got an email saying VP had cancelled the holiday due to their Uzbekistan partner letting them down. Offered 100% refund or 110% compensation. No alternative holiday offered, no apology, no explanation, no compensation, just a pushy email requiring me to accept the refund, which would be credited to my account within 14 days! Multiple unhelpful and rude phone conversations with their “customer care” department yielded nothing. Not their fault they maintained as their partner let them down. I confirmed my contract was with them and not their partner, my daughter had lost her only holiday of the year and given the escalation in travel costs due to the Iran war, we now could not afford an equivalent holiday at such short notice. I told VP that I was raising a complaint with ABTA. At this point they acknowledged that they did owe us compensation of a mere £100 each, on a holiday which cost £2400. Shocking customer care, no apology. Avoid booking with this company. It will mess you around and doesn’t give a damn. You never get to speak to the same person in customer care, you get a generic email address, there is no way to escalate the issue or speak to a manager. Spend your money elsewhere.

Great accommodation offer & great information/organisation/ support from VP. Have used them before & will do so again.

I love the little extras they give you with free 30 min massage in hotel, was bit disappointed when we found they only did the one person per couple it would have been really nice if we both shared that experience
