I have had the pleasure of dealing with Christopher.
I initially went into the Grantham Vodafone store with a battery issue, but thanks to Christopher’s fantastic service, I left with three new devices and a much heavier-looking account!
He didn’t just provide great customer service — he genuinely went above and beyond to find me the best deals and make sure I got the right options for me.

Absolutely the worst customer service…
Absolutely the worst customer service by far, after over a month of waiting for a broadband upgrade, never-ending calls to customer service , 4 days off work awaiting engineer appointments , loss of earnings, then finally another appointment made for today and yet again another issue , i would not recommend vodafone at all even customer complaints department dont call back to sort issues ,painfull .

Ok but the price has increased considerably and the perks have reduced considerably. Most of the good reviews I've read are reviews for the signing up process which I don't think they should allow as it can mislead people.

Outstanding service at buxton vodafone
The guys at vodafone buxton are outstanding. Find Amos, Marjorie brilliant. We have dealt with nisha on numerous occasions and trust her 100% she has been very helpful, with choosing phones, the correct plans etc. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Nisha is our go to at vodafone. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Also happy with coverage on mobiles and very happy with our broadband.
