Vodafone Broadband is an absolute disaster. Three days after installation, my internet speed collapsed to unusable levels — nowhere near what I’m paying for. I tried contacting support, and instead of speaking to a real person, I got stuck with their useless AI chatbot, Tobi. After explaining the issue in detail, Tobi pretended to transfer me to a human agent… only to tell me that every single agent is busy. Seriously? I’m paying for a service I can’t use, and Vodafone can’t even provide basic customer support.
This is a joke of a company. Avoid at all costs.

Dominika at Vodafone in Wisbech was…
Dominika at Vodafone in Wisbech was absolutely fantastic. I wanted help setting up my new SIM. She was friendly, patient and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was happy with everything before I left.
