Efficient, polite, respectful service.
Nazmin was very helpful and set up my new Belkin wireless earbuds in the shop, she repeated anything I didn’t understand and explained it well, l was very pleased with how she served me, efficiently and it was very quick, quicker than I expected anyway.

I can't recommend the Swindon Vodafone store enough! I recently visited with a complicated issue regarding my account, and the staff were incredibly helpful. They spent several hours patiently sorting everything out and, most impressively, went above and beyond to find me the absolute best deal.
A special thank you to Georgia, who was absolutely fantastic. Her customer service was outstanding. Not only did she work diligently on my account in-store, but she also went out of her way to provide updates via text, which I really appreciated. A few weeks after my transaction, she even followed up to make sure I was happy with everything. This level of dedication is rare and truly shows how much they value their customers. Thank you, Georgia, for making a potentially stressful situation so easy and positive!
