From start to finish lee was very helpful and professional i only come in to get one phone sorted and ended up sorting the family plan would definitely come back

I came into store as my father had an issue with his phone that I couldn't fix. Stuart was extremely helpful and friendly and managed to fix the problem very quickly! I definitely will be coming to the Ards store for my upgrades from now on.

Great service, friendly staff
On arrival of the Newtownards store the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Stuart dealt with me on the day moving my network over to Vodafone and setting up my new contract. He explained and broke down all the details and was super helpful. Couldn't recommend the store and Stuart especially on the day for his help.
