Fionnuala was so helpful in sorting out and using my phone while I am on Holiday.
She explained how to use local wifi in flight mode to to keep costs down and also how to access my Vodaphone App

Fantastic experience
It's not often that going to the phone shop with a broken phone and a sick one year old can be described as a great way to spend the morning. But thanks to John and Stuart in Ards store that's exactly what today was!
To say they couldn't have been more helpful would be an understatement. They talked me through all my options, loaned me a phone to sort my insurance claim and helped me get sorted with my new handset. All while helping keep a rather snuffly baby happy and entertained.
Really appreciated the help and the laughs. Keep up the good work!

Excellent customer service
Stuart Ledgerwood was the staff dealing with us he is very helpful with us customers. There are actually four group of people he is dealing at the same time and he managed to do it by himself as there is no other staff available to help him. He is the definition of best customer service, He needs a raise!
