Did not realize I would not have timely access to tickets
I purchased these tickets months ago and they were not delivered to me until very shortly before the event which took the flexibility away to sell if I had a change in plans. It also made me nervous that I would actually receive them in time for the event. When I reached out to support they said if I didn’t get the tickets in time for the event, they’d just refund me. Well it would be quite disappointing to think you’re going to an event and not know whether you’d actually get your ticket. If I paid for the ticket, I should have access to it immediately or else I shouldn’t be charged until it is delivered.
