Hi vivid seats - QUESTION! I've been trying to get in touch with customer service without much success - I want to order some ticket for a concert on the 27th of august, but since it requires a planned trip it would be nice to know my tickets will arrive more than just an hour before - is there any way of communicating that to the seller after the purchase? best regards

I used Vivid seats for concert tickets
I used Vivid seats for concert tickets, and at one point I needed assistance as I couldn’t retrieve my tickets. They were excellent in their response, I used the online chat to speak to an agent and he was so helpful and talked me through every step until we finally found a way to retrieve my tickets. I would 100% use them again
