Terrible experience.
This is the worst site I’ve ever TRIED to use. It’s horrible to get into my account. The app keeps looping back to the beginning without ever taking me where I’m trying to get to. I’ve been trying to view my tickets since the day I got them on May 14,2026. Also, when I tried to TALK to a person by calling Vivid Seats PHONE number I did not reach a person. Instead I was redirected to a chat. When I dial a PHONE number, I expect to TALK to a PERSON. I only gave the experience 1 star, because I couldn’t give it zero stars and proceed. I would never recommend this app to any friends. John Maitz.

For tge most part I use vivid seats alot. Yesterday I was very disappointed in my experience. I received an email saying that my ticket had been transferred and didn't think anything of it as my ticket is usually in my ballpark app. I didn't realize that I didn't have my ticket until I got to the ballpark and had to buy another ticket to gain entry to the stadium as the blue jays where giving away commemorative rings and had a special ceremony. After talking with an agent. The ticket i 1st bought was sent after the ceremony started. I feel this is unacceptable and all tickets should be received at least 24 hrs before the start of the game

U guys guaranteed that I would get my tickets before the event. I ordered my tickets a month in advance, and even on the way to the event I’m contacting customer service and saying I still don’t have my tickets and they still were guaranteeing me that I would have them before the event I get to the event and of course you guys don’t have the tickets and no tickets to replace them so I wasn’t even able to attend my concert that I paid for. It was a hassle for me all the way back home to even get the money that I paid for the parking ticket and the insurance that I had to pay for the tickets back. Your company still has refused to refund me the $60 that I paid out of my pocket for the insurance on the tickets in the parking for these tickets. I will never use this company for any event in my future other than the one I’ve already paid for in September and I will never refer anybody to this company. You guys sell tickets that you don’t even have in hand to sell. Because you don’t require the people you’re selling the tickets for to send you the tickets before you sell them.
