Very thoughtful
I buy my products on a subscription and when you order you have to put in your pets name and weight. I bought something extra out of the subscription and I changed the weight of my cat so when the subscription was due they emailed me to ask if I would like to change treatment plans because my cat had grown, which I thought was so good that they’d checked before distributing it

Great service with one, little downside
Overall, VioVet is great. Good prices, great choice of products, prompt deliveries. I am their regular customer.
There is one area where the service is not so great and that is subscription orders. VioVet, and it is the only case I've seen, does not send reminders and notifications before dispatching subscriptions. I cancelled all my scheduled orders because of that. Last time when they couldn't take a payment for a subscription from my card, they simply charged my PayPal account without asking my permission and sent me an email after the dispatch of an item I didn't even need for another 2-3 months. I understand I should keep record of my subscriptions, but to be honest, I didn't expect a shop may charge me without any notification or reminders on an upcoming order.
To sum up, I am a happy VioVet customer, but don't use their subscription services.
