The spin mop is awful it does not ring the mop out enough to wash the floors.
Marigolds (non existent) Customer Relations.
Having the thumb--end of the RH Marigold glove missing, I wasn't too worried when it came time for me to wash the dishes, as I knew that there were a further TWO packets of gloves in the cupboard. Imaging my dismay when it transpired that not only one packet, but BOTH contained only LH gloves. Being most upset at having to get both of my Donnies wet & dirty, I complained to Marigold (better known as VILEDA/Marigold) & to suggest they recheck their Quality Control procedures.. My ire at my predicament was only heightened when it became OBVIOUS that Vileda didn't believe me.& were possibly thinking that I was hoping for new gloves for life (which wouldn't be too long in my case, as I'm 80+ yoa). So, I received the usual less-than-sincere condolences, + a request that I take a photo of the packet & send it to them. As I possess only a steam-driven phone (I'm far too old to cope with a "Smart" phone, I declined & told them why. So that was it: a few platitudes (duck-billed ones in my case) & insincere commiserations. So, Marigold have lost what was originally a regular customer. So be warned, Marigolds are OK if there's no problems, but if there are, then HARD CHEESE!

Broke after 2 weeks
I thought vileda was a top brand ive bought the 1-2 spray mop and it stopped spraying after 2 weeks so its completly useless ! Now back to my old mop

I've brought to mops from tesco store both are vileda mops costing £7 each..both only lasted a month as when you rinse the plastic brakes at the bottom of the mop..so you can no longer in use, please don't waste your money as I will not be buying any other product from this company.
Completely Useless and a Waste of Money
This is the second Vileda product I have bought. This time it was the Magic Flat mop. Like the first one I bought this one - the mob head sponge falls apart after a few uses. It’s useless and I will never buy their products anymore. Waste of money.
Annoyed & out of pocket . Rubbish!!!
Vile day mops ..absolutely rubbish !! You think your buying a good make. Everyone I have bought has broken within About 2 weeks the interlocking mop head mechanism snaps off . This product needs reviewing & scrapping. Why can’t they just use a screw-in mop head 🤬🤬🤬
3 tier airer
Brought a 3 tier airer, had to be vileda, don’t waste your money, I’ve had it 3 months, and already 3 metal poles have literally fell off. Thankful I only use it for the items that don’t go in the dryer, so I don’t have to look or use it that often, it’s now in the spare room folded up along with 3 metal poles. The name means nothing. Waste of money and cheaply made
Non-existent Customer Service!
Purchased a 2 in 1 Spray mop in August 2019. The trigger on the mop failed to work after 8 months, so reported it to Vileda by email and received a positive response asking for a short video of the failure. A prompt response was received on May 2020 to advise that they would send a replacement but there could be a delay due to the Covid situation, which I understood.
We are now in September and the phone lines are still not operational and the replacement has still not been received!!!
It seems that shipments are being sent out from the distribution centre for online purchases, so would like to know where my replacement is... not a good service Vileda!!!!
Non existent customer service
Products are okay but dont buy through their online store! Purchased a broom on their online website on May 26th which arrived damaged. I immediately sent an email with photos to their advertised customer service department at the Laundry Company twice which went unanswered. Social media team said they would pass on my comments and someone would get in touch but never did. 2 months on and still no response but luckily I was able to claim a refund through PayPal.

VILEDA, WHAT A RIP OFF! So I’m on my 4th mop handle for the supermoccio in less than a year. The first one broke & I thought ok bad luck so bought a new one, it broke with in 2 months, I e-mailed Vileda who posted me out a whole new handle (wouldn’t vouchers to buy a new one have been simpler?) it then broke and I thought is it me or bad luck? So as I had 2 new mop heads I thought ok one more try & you guessed it TODAY IT BROKE so that’s 4 now, they are the most expensive mop system in the market and they just don’t last, my trust pilot review is simple DONT BUY AS THEY DONT LAST
Vileda don't want to know, or help, or even give you their address! TERRIBLE
Poor quality item, that broke, then made worse and compounded by shocking customer service. It's only May, bought at Christmas. No listings of addresses on their website?.. Certainly not for returns on their website either. So the Telephone number is for a laundry company, who come up as a bike company, who couldn't care less. When I wanted to raise the complaint I was told they don't have an address for Vileda HQ in the UK that he would give. Obstructive, belligerent and petty was the attitude. AVOID anything they make. Any company that hides and avoids 'returns' searches on their own website, is clearly not wanting to know you after you buy an item, especially when it goes wrong. Check for yourself...!!!

Vileda keeps coming with different sizes and connectors - you are very unlikely to find the right mop head for your product.

I had a Vileda Rotary Washing line it broke in the wind it was still under guarantee only had it 7 months I contacted them to be told your not supposed to use them in the wind so my guarantee was null and void so had to buy a new one not Vileda obviously
Vileda Supermocio
Vileda withrdrew from the market a fantastic long lasting Supermocio handle with a locking system made of a hard durable plastic. I had it for many years and was only meant to replace the mop head regularly. Other people who were lucky enough to buy that model before it disappeared from the shelves have recounted the same positive experience. However, Vileda decided to replace it with the one you will find in every supermarket made of a frail plastic. The latter is not durable and it will snap long before the head will wear out. Unfortunately, I cannot post pictures on trustpilot to show the two systems I am talking about, but a lot of you will have tried both and will know exactly what I am talking about. Shame on the company that sacrificed quality for sale purposes generating more plastic waste!

Not happy I think you need to recall your velida turbo smart mop and bucket I've now gone through two of these in 6 months I'm not happy at all the mechanism keeps breaking on them so wont spin. I'm not a heavy user of it I use it about once a week as I also have a karcher floor cleaner. Really not happy.

Faulty product replaced with no fuss
Vileda have replaced my steam mop twice now, with absolutely no issue. Obviously there's a design flaw with the product, but flawless customer service!
Excellent Products and Service
Excellent products, of a very high standard, but also at reasonable prices. I purchased a large ironing board, which is easily the best one I've owned. One of the plastic feet had fallen off during transit (not Vileda's fault at all), so I sent an email to the Vileda Customer Service team. Within 48 hours, a replacement part came through my letter box, with no charge. Highly recommended.
