Never buy from this online shop

Never buy from this online shop. I had some issues in the product, I wrote customer service twice, but they nevertheless answered even after two weeks. Not recommended.

no delivery for my order

hello all!
online shop has not delivered my order 90 3 735455
i wrote many mails to shop at zurbrueggen.de and info at zurbrueggen.de

NO ANY RESPOND!!!!

I recommend not to buy anything from them.

Doesn't even deserve zero points...

I would like to give Zurbrueggen NO stars.
This is not a credible company by any standards.
We placed an order for two expensive closets at the beginning of October 2025, expecting to be ready in 6-8 weeks, as we were told. We are now almost at the end of March 2026, and only half of the order has come. The other half is lying on the floor, screws and such, exactly how the workers dumped it. We called their customer service numerous times, to no effect. Not even apologizing. Not even any feedback. Not even a timeline. Great job, Zurbrueggen! Make your name great again. P.S. I am writing this review in case someone comes up with a real solution to my problem, not just the standard "email to their service."

This shop is very unreliable

This shop is very unreliable. Do not answer any emails I have been trying to cancel my order with no luck -since there is no response from them. I am now contacting Mastercard to request a refund from those amateurs - STAY FAR AWAY.

I placed an order for a SchuheSchrank…

I placed an order for a SchuheSchrank four weeks ago, with the expectation—based on the confirmation email—that it would be delivered within two weeks. However, I have still not received the item. I contacted your customer service team, but instead of a clear update, I was only told to "keep waiting" with no indication of when (or if) the delivery will happen.

This level of service is unacceptable. Due to this poor experience and lack of transparency, I will not be ordering from your company again.

Ordered two set Van Well crockeries(16…

Ordered two set Van Well crockeries(16 piece each). Received the package with 2 piece damaged service dish (27 cm). It seems like they glued those broken plates and put it in the package! I mailed them and sent them images but they didn't reply. This is the first time in my online purchasing experience of receiving such damaged product and no response after complaining sending two mails!

Website promised 1-5 workdays - 14 days later no gift (xmas gift spoiled)

Gift ordered on the 7th of December. Only processed by Zurbrüggen 10 days later on the 17th. Since then DPD have collected the item and it sits in a storage somewhere and will not be delivered before christmas. Like all reviews of this store, they are unable to professionally manage an online store and presumably pay the lowest fees to couriers - they do not understand nor have a customer service mentality the way brands like Amazon have. Avoid ordering with them online. TThe one positive, is they actually have a customer service you can speak to - they just cant do anything to actually help.

SCAM! Ony half od the item delivered, do not want to give any refund

SCAM! Only received the lid of the casserole pan I ordered.
The customer service was extremely uncooperative, they could not have done less to help me out in any way. They claim that the package was sent full and are trying to convince me that it was also delivered full, as if I haven't seen the empty box with my own eyes.
This is in no way my own fault and the ironic answer I received when asking for a refund was that they need a whole product to give me refund but I HAVEN'T RECEIVED the whole product. So I am now left without the product I bought as well as all the money... Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this service and even more with the customer support that gave me close to zero support. Would not recommend to anyone

Order never delivered

I made an order on 24.11 an until now, 21.12, I have received nothing. It is just a single item order and what I only received was a "your order will be delayed for just one week" on 28.11. No more communications and none new message from the company.

On 05.12, I'm going back to Brazil and if I don't receive it, before this date, I will place a chargeback agains Zurbrüggen.

I suggest that you don't trust this company

Be careful when you buy something from…

Be careful when you buy something from them, their products have problems and if you don’t check the product, you can't return it. I bought 4 chairs for 170 euro each, and when I opened those at home, all of them have a small damage, which is factory damage. I called them to let them know that the product is damaged and I want to return it back, they do not accept the return. So this is a fraud.
