Goods were in stock, turned up within 5 days, chose the delivery day online.
I think it said in the blurb the delivery co. would call to arrange the delivery - i assume this has been displaced by online selection, but it only offers about 3 or 4 days in advance.
Delivery guy hung around whilst we checked the goods that involved stripping off the packaging

bad customer service/no refund
delt with with a few times, their pruducts are not too bad but not easy to deal with customer service, the returns are nightmare, you have to pay for the posting and you do not get full refund

Caught me totally off guard
The service seems good overall, but I had a difficult experience when my goods were delivered on a pallet left on the pavement. I was expected to carry it inside, which caught me off guard. I hadn't been informed that this was standard procedure, so I was completely unprepared for it.

I can confirm that it is within the delivery terms and conditions that you agreed to before allowing you to place the order, that the delivery process ends once your goods have been signed for. Therefore we recommend you make provisions to receive the products as they will need to be moved to a safe location.
We strongly advise that the terms and conditions are read before agreeing to them to ensure that you are not caught off guard by the delivery.

Nightmare with lack of communication
I’ve had a nightmare with my order and have been passed around emailed by different people having to go back and forward constantly repeating myself the delivery service is shocking tell you they will contact you in advance but then don’t and just turn up expecting a 76 year old woman to carry a plaette delivery . But thankfully Ellie Massam could see the problem and personally took it upon herself to help me resolve my many issues she was fantastic and took all the stress out of it. Thank you Ellie , it’s just ashame that shopping with Victorian plumb isn’t easy and made harder by not having a customer service number to call or 1 member of staff to deal with each complaint. I’m just so thankful Ellie picked up my job and executed perfectly and resolved my stressful issues Thanks again Ellie x
