Good experience - but....
Good experience for what I ordered, with one exception, you prompted me to order a pop-up waste for the sink unit - but not the tap..... surely the tap is as important as the pop-up waste. Had to rush out and buy a tap at B&Q when I am sure Victorian plumbing would have a better selection - and cheaper ☹️

Excellent customer service
Goods sadly damaged as noticed by our fitter today but replacements ( which am sure will be QA before despatch) on way due to excellent customer service with Hollie Budgen .She was really helpful. Due to her we happy to have replacement rather than refund.

Over two weeks, no tiles and no delivery estimate. Avoid.
No other company I have ever had the misfortune to give to money to had ever nagged me multiple times by email to review their service whilst still, almost three weeks from my order date, having not supplied what I have paid for. As repeatedly requested, then, I am writing this review.
My tiles have not arrived.
I have paid for them.
I have no delivery date.
I am merely told that I am now a "priority dispatch."
Appalling service.

Victorian Plumbing - don't ever ask for help or need to return
Victorian Plumbing might be OK if your order is correct. Where the company falls badly short is that customer service seem to be reading responses from a manual. Do NOT assume that they have actually looked at the website. Do not assume that they have any actual knowledge of the product. They do not employ ANY trade people or anyone with a working knowledge of the products. They hire in companies to assemble items in their one and only showroom in the UK. Do not assume they have any common sense or can help - beyond reading from a manual. You cannot speak to anyone for help - it's all by text chat. They will not help AT ALL with any returns - even if an error was caused by poor advice by their staff. If you have to return, take a lot of photos as you will probably need proof of parts being free from damage. If it came on a pallet, be warned before you unpack, that if anything is wrong, it will ALL have to be sent back the same way - at your own cost and you will have to arrange it - so advice is to undo parcels one item at a time and try to pick the first item with thought so it will indicate to you that the order is right/wrong. A great company always shows how great it is by how they handle problems and how they help - this one is very poor. Be warned.
