I ordered Ariana Grande tickets for The O2 August 26 got my tickets through on axs about a week before the concert
Absolutely no issues at all we had the perfect experience using viagogo

First time buying tickets off viagogo was very scary, but I didn’t expect it to be successful! I purchased 2 seats for Ariana Grande around 9 days ago, and today they finally got transferred! I had to email viagogo around 3 times just so that they give the seller a quick reminder on the transfer! Now I’ve got the tickets on AXS and I’m sooo happy!! Thank you so much!

TIP: make sure the seller has a star (meaning they’re verified and have had many successful sales before) and the ticket delivery is mobile/AXS transfer!

The booking process was easy, however prices are expensive and it does make you stressed and paranoid because tickets can be given to you on the day of event. Customer service is very generic, they are very limited of help.

Everyday getting closer to the event I was stressed and paranoid for not receiving the tickets. I was contacting Viagogo every other day, because I still hadn't received tickets and many other people did receive there's as well as tickets transfers being open for 1 and a half months before my event.

I booked tickets a few months prior to the event and I received them Friday Evening, before the Event on Sunday.

My Tips:
Buy from a Trader, Star next to their name.

It was easy to understand where the seats I was buying were located in the arena and the view I got was accurately shown.

The tickets arrived a few days before the concert. It is slightly stressful not knowing when they will arrive because if they don’t your only real recourse is a refund and do you will realistically miss out on the concert.

Bought tickets for Ariana Grande, only £30 more each than the original price. The seller sent me the tickets to my ticketmaster account not even half an hour later!

I heard a tip to always buy from vertified resellers (star icon on the tickets) as this means they have sold before and have no issues I believe

SCAMMERS BEWARE! One star is too much ! I purchase tickets for love the 90s event in Valencia, the venue changed. Viagogo emailed me on the day of the event and told me this and that I was covered my the refund policy as the event wasn’t going ahead as planned. We had flown to Valencia for the event so we went to the new venue and was turned away unless we purchased new tickets and the website was down. I opened a case and Viagogo asked me
To prove the event had changed venues even after sending the email telling me the venue had changed and could get a refund. I sent in evidence and had been waiting since July 3rd 2026. I did a follow up today and now they are asking me to prove I was turned away from the new venue with an old ticket. This company needs closing down !

After reading reviews we were very unsure about buying tickets through Viagogo - however after losing every ticket war to get Ariana Grande tickets , we bit the bullet and bought from Viagogo, we made sure the seller had a star rating and the tickets were AXS transfer. They took three days to arrive in my son’s AXS account and we used them tonight with no problems!!

Yes we paid more than face value but they were worth every penny!!

Only because no stars is not possible. Just having the worst experience I've ever had. Completely ruined the experience I paid a fortune for is an understatement. Most stressful thing ever. Regretted every minute of the experience paid so much for. Paid £317 for ONE Hollywood Vampires ticket in Birmingham. You only get the tickets 2 HOURS before the show. So if they send you any old crap - which they clearly do - you're stuffed. No time to change or put anything right. I booked Block B row N seat 31. I got Block F, row S, seat 14. I could have bought that for £106. The seller could not apparently fulfil my order. They could take my money though. So i get somethong rubbish worth a third of price at best and all the stress to go with it. Too late to change anything. Complete catalogue of errors. Stood outside venue trying to sort it out while everyone walked in and concert had started. Went on my own. Rang them on the way in a panic. On phone for 1.5 hours on way to venue. They said they need a screenshot of wrong ticket. Not possible to do due to security on AXS Tickets website. Screenshots not permitted. They said take a picture with another device. How many phones do they think I have? I'm driving and on my own. They then said to go an ask a random stranger when I get thrre to take a picture of it for me and send me it! Another terrible company AXS. They had nothing else to offer. So I go in with my now expensive wrong crap ticket. Rubbish view and experience compared to what I paid for. Should have been row 14 in the middle at the front. About row 70 on the side in reality. Curse them all. Nothing good comes from thievery and money pilfered in this way. Kharma will get you all. They deserve all they get. The sellers, Viagogo and AXS. They are all as bad. No money back as I used the crap ticket to go in else the whole drive and costs would all be for nothing. So you pay heavily for something and don't get whst you paid for. Couldn't fulfil my order but could take my money and replace it with something on sale for a third the price with no compensation. Forget the the Fare Fan agrement. Means nothing. I'm getting nothing back for being ripped off. Just crooks. You have been warned. Worst experience ever. What a mug.

Paid for my Ariana grande ticket and got the transfer through to my AXS account that night. Got into the concert with no issues! Thank you

Last minute attempt to get to the Hundred finals at Lords and Viagogo had a few options. Fair price for good seats and the E-tickets were with me within minutes. Good follow up communication. Couldn’t ask for anything else. Very impressed and would definitely use again.

Decent price on GREAT tickets. Selection and checkout process was quick and easy. I liked that it shows included fees in ticket price. Even though my spouse had concerns about the legitimacy of tickets due to the performer policies everything was smooth and seamless. Great communication leading up to the event as well.

The website was recommended to me by a friend though I was still apprehensive as I’d never bought tickets this way. I have to say would totally recommend the site. Chased up tickets a month ago via chatbot ? extremely helpful, lots of communication near to the event, couldn’t fault it!
