Ariana GranDAY :)

Always feels like a huge gamble getting tickets from here, in all honesty I wish they didn't exist but for as long as touting is legal, sometimes you don't have an option. Tried literally everything and spent hours and hours trying for Ariana Grande tickets but eventually resorted to buying from here 2 weeks before her first London show. Ticket transfer happened the day after purchase, it seemed a bit dodgy as I couldn't use my existing AXS account, but had to create a new one using an email address Viagogo created for me (it had my name in it), I created and set the password myself though which reassured me. The tickets were there, with moving barcode and all was fine for entry. Ariana was incredible so all's well that ends well.

Absolutely horrendous experience

Absolutely horrendous experience. I sold tickets and transferred them via Ticketmaster as they were electronic tickets, was then told the buyers hadn't received them despite me providing proof of transfer. No payment received and in fact a £40 charge added to my account. Numerous calls were made only to be met with a script and no real customer service and even when all evidence provided on appeal I was still told I was wrong. Total sham of a company that all should avoid like the plague, just a bunch of scam artists.

Avoid - made me wait until 6pm concert day!

Paid over £370 for a ticket in February, it’s now August the day of the concert, nothing received from Ticketmaster…..4 emails and 3 phone call made to them during my 3 hour drive to wembley im told i have to wait u til 6pm (gates open at 5pm) to know if my ticket will be replaced or im getting refunded! Allegedly I got an “upgrade” ticket but I can guarantee they’ve paid far less for the replacement ticket than what I paid for the original ticket. Never use again!

Everything went well

Everything went well. The tickets arrived a couple of weeks earlier the event (which was great because I was a little nervous they didn't arrive in time). Downloading them was very easy. I had not trouble with the scan and getting in the venue, so I didn't need to contact customer service.

Brilliant company to purchase your tickets from

I so wanted to go to the Proms this year, and luckily for me I came across Vigogo on the website. Never used them before, but glad I did. They were competitive with their prices, and made my transition so easy, with constant warm messaging up until the event. I still get messages from them with relevant information, and would not hesitate to use this company in the future. I would highly recommend!

Doing illegal stuff

I have tried several times to unsubscribe to their emails and I still get them. This is surely illegal under GDPR regulations. I’ve even sent emails begging them to stop

Would love to give this company a zero

Would love to give this company a zero!
They have withheld my ticket sales money for over 40 days now! The concert was the start of July! And every time I ring they try and add an extra 5-15 days on top of time wasted already with no clear answer! Seriously don’t trust them they are so fraudulent, unprofessional and high risk.

Absolutely awful experience with viagogo

Absolutely awful experience with viagogo. I have used them before and had no problems but this time was a different story. Which is a shame really. I received an email 2 hours before the concert I was seeing was due to start saying that they had “upgraded” my tickets. The “upgrade” was changing my standing tickets to seated tickets quite high up in Wembley stadium. I contacted customer services straight away to be told there was nothing they could do and the most they could do is refund the tickets or I would have to use the seated tickets. I had driven 4 hours to get to Wembley and then to be told that there was nothing I could do to change the tickets was ridiculous. In addition to this, the girl on the phone was not sympathetic at all which added to the situation. When I asked who else I could talk to about this she said there was no way to contact the “specialist agents” that changed my tickets. In addition to this, I have not received a follow up email or how the process is going to work moving forward.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Extremely stressful experience buying tickets - that were purchased in September last year. Kept having to chase transfer of tickets and was constantly told they'd be sent before the show. Tickets were eventually sent within AN HOUR of the show and only on arrival at the venue did we realise the WRONG tickets were sent. These have been missole and a refund is required however they are refusing. The tickets sent were not as advertised or what was paid for! Shocking and total scam. Will be pursuing legal action

Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience — avoid
Should have an option to give a negative star!
I purchased tickets for a very special occasion over a year ago, spending over £1,500. I was assured that I would receive the tickets by 9 August, with the Ariana Grande concert taking place on Sunday 16 August.

Despite repeatedly being told to “check my emails”, nothing was ever received. Today I spent a considerable amount of time trying to resolve the issue, speaking to Eunice, Anna and several other customer service representatives both online and by phone. Unfortunately, I was given the same generic response each time — that they were “trying to contact the seller” and would call me back.

This is completely unacceptable, especially given the amount of money paid and the fact that these tickets were purchased so far in advance. My daughter is extremely disappointed, and we have also wasted money on train tickets and a hotel because we genuinely believed we had secured our tickets.

The entire experience has caused unnecessary stress, frustration and disappointment. At this point, I expect the full refund I was advised I would receive by telephone and as stated on the website.

I would strongly advise others to think very carefully before purchasing through this company. Over £1,500 is a huge amount of money to spend and be left chasing answers days before an event.

For me, this experience has been extremely poor from start to finish. Not worth the hassle, stress or disappointment. Avoid and save yourself the frustration.

DO NOT BUY FTOM THESE!
We were scammed when we bought tickets last October, for the Ludovico tickets for March 2026 at the Royal Albert Hall, when we got there there was no such seats, I had to buy more tickets and they gave us a letter to send to Viagogo, as they had this problem constantly with fake tickets.
We immediately got in touch with them and they STILL HAVE NIT REIMBURSED US, and it is AUGUST !! Tbd bank is now getting involved!

This is probably the fourth or fifth order

This is probably the fourth or fifth time I have used Viagogo, and I have always been very satisfied with their services and reliability. The booking process is easy, communication is good, and everything has always worked out well.

The only thing I would recommend improving in the future is the ticket delivery method. I would not recommend using the national postal service, as delivery can be very slow. Our tickets took quite a long time to arrive, and we were worried that we might not receive them in time. A faster international courier service would provide much more peace of mind.

Overall, I am very happy with Viagogo and would definitely use their services again.
