Angel was attentive to my delivery issue, promptly credited the fee and rescheduled. Unfortunately there was another unforeseen delay that was apparently beyond her control. I think a better fulfillment service is needed in the area. The delivery is now 5 days later than expected/ordered.

Received arrangement with flowers past their prime. Delivered hours before business was open & not where arriving employees would see it (courier ignored the Receiving & Shipping door). Delivered in a heat wave (over 90 degrees) and flowers were radiating heat in the box & vase was hot to the touch, as was the box. Carol handled immediate replacement of the arrangement with no issues.

Experienced a delay in shipping and after sending an email to customer service, Jhoanna contacted me quickly and helped find a solution to my problem. I’m very pleased with the level of care she provided and I will definitely use their company again.

I received flowers and I inquired from the who the sender was. Due to privacy which is completely understandable, Angle was very empathic and helpful in this situation.

I had roses delivered and they were left at the mail pickup in the condo complex. When the recipient went to pick them up many of the pedals were falling off the bouquet. There was no attempt to notify the recipient that there was this delivery. Now, Urban Stems will only correct the problem by either resending the bouquet or giving me a credit for another order which I am skeptical of. Now I am out $100 on a sub-par order.

I was absolutely panicked and in tears when a website glitch pushed my wedding flower order through for delivery a week too early. Because the original order had already shipped via express delivery, the AI bot told me nothing could be done.

Thankfully, I was connected to a live agent named Angel, and they completely turned my experience around. Angel was incredibly empathetic, reassuring, and immediately took the stress off my shoulders. They went above and beyond by scheduling a fresh redelivery of both bouquets for the day before my wedding (June 18th) at absolutely no additional cost. Angel even coordinated with FedEx to try to stop the early shipment and told me to just keep the flowers if they arrived anyway.

Planning a wedding is stressful enough, but Angel provided a level of care and effortless service that I will never forget. If you ever need help, ask for Angel—they truly live up to their name! Thank you so much for saving my wedding day flowers!
