The customer service exceeded…

The customer service exceeded expectations. The original gift was delivered late and I was at a different location by the time it arrived. They resent the bouquet catching up to me. The flowers are gorgeous after 5 days

Helpful customer service

I made a mistake on my delivery date and Kathy responded to my email, informing me she updated it for me in time. Good customer service and recipients have told me the orders usually arrived in good condition.

Shipping mix up? No problem!

There was a mix-up on a shipping address, and the order was already out for delivery. Carol was able to create a new order with the correct address. It will be delivered a day later, but that is not an issue in this case. The problem was solved within minutes of Carol stepping in.
This is another reason I will always use and recommend Urban Stems. 💐💐💐

DEAD FLOWERS FOR A SERIOUSLY ILL FRIEND

Ordered flowers for a friend having a serious health crisis. When they finally arrived, four days after having been shipped, they were--hardly surprisingly--dead. Not the message I wanted to send.

Then , when I was trying to get a refund, they needed to see pictures (even though they had on record the long lag between shipment and arrival) so I had to ask my friend for those. They wanted to give me a credit rather than a refund, and I had to really argue with them because I said I would never do business with their company again. Did finally get my card credited, but it was a disappointing and upsetting experience.

Jhoanna helped me ensure that a gift…

Jhoanna helped me ensure that a gift was delivered to a recipient on a different date than I had initially requested, as I later found out that the recipient would be out of town during the original scheduled delivery date. She was very compassionate and helped fix the situation quickly and effortlessly.

Great Customer Service | Great Flowers!

First off, I order very frequently from Urban Stems. I love the selection, prices are reasonable, they have a loyalty program and customer service is excellent.

Customer service has gone above and beyond. I once ordered flowers for my wife being delivered to her job to surprise her. She ended up staying home sick and since this was a Thursday, and Friday was a holiday I was afraid the flowers wouldn't make it sitting in her office until Monday.

I reached out to customer support and Jhoanna who was a PLEASURE to deal with told me the flowers were already out for delivery but she wanted to make it right and process a new order at no cost for Monday. Now that's what I call customer service. This is how you keep a customer coming back!

Jhoanna gets a 5 star review for her assistance and professionalism. Super pleasant to deal with and quick to respond! Thank you!
