Jhoanna was an incredible help as I looked to change my delivery date. She made the change quickly and with no stress on my part.

Even with the error in the delivery address on the Order #3923950! Carol was an angel and managed to fix the mistake and make a couple happy with the flower delivery.

There was a mix-up on a shipping address, and the order was already out for delivery. Carol was able to create a new order with the correct address. It will be delivered a day later, but that is not an issue in this case. The problem was solved within minutes of Carol stepping in.
This is another reason I will always use and recommend Urban Stems. 💐💐💐

DEAD FLOWERS FOR A SERIOUSLY ILL FRIEND

Ordered flowers for a friend having a serious health crisis. When they finally arrived, four days after having been shipped, they were--hardly surprisingly--dead. Not the message I wanted to send.

Then , when I was trying to get a refund, they needed to see pictures (even though they had on record the long lag between shipment and arrival) so I had to ask my friend for those. They wanted to give me a credit rather than a refund, and I had to really argue with them because I said I would never do business with their company again. Did finally get my card credited, but it was a disappointing and upsetting experience.

I worked with Angel who was so helpful when I had an issue with my delivery!

Jhoanna helped me ensure that a gift was delivered to a recipient on a different date than I had initially requested, as I later found out that the recipient would be out of town during the original scheduled delivery date. She was very compassionate and helped fix the situation quickly and effortlessly.

First off, I order very frequently from Urban Stems. I love the selection, prices are reasonable, they have a loyalty program and customer service is excellent.

Customer service has gone above and beyond. I once ordered flowers for my wife being delivered to her job to surprise her. She ended up staying home sick and since this was a Thursday, and Friday was a holiday I was afraid the flowers wouldn't make it sitting in her office until Monday.

I reached out to customer support and Jhoanna who was a PLEASURE to deal with told me the flowers were already out for delivery but she wanted to make it right and process a new order at no cost for Monday. Now that's what I call customer service. This is how you keep a customer coming back!

Not only are the arrangements beautiful and are true to what’s pictured, the customer service is amazing. On a subsequent order, I needed to edit the note and Carol promptly addressed my concern.

The flowers I sent to my step daughter are lovely. Carol easily and very quickly took care of a problem with delivery of one of the items. Very good customer service!
