I’ve been religiously buying from unicorn cosmetics for about 4 years now, every year I stock up on loads and throughout the year I get extra ones I really like. They’re 100% my favourite lashes, sometimes I can get a pair to last me around a month of every day use!
In my last order I was gifted a free pair, a free lash glue and a scratchcard for galentines, and won a £15 voucher. Honestly the ladies who started up this company and run it now are amazing and I would highly recommend! Always come so quick, never been disappointed and they’re so affordable!

My 3rd pack of “no fluffs given” beautiful lashes I keep them on for a week and they keep amazingly!! I ordered the wrong lashes and Danni in customer service was brilliant swapped the lashes to the correct pair and sent them out instantly! Such a quick delivery - if you love full fluffy lashes I would 100% recommend!!

Honestly the most humble & sweetest people I’ve ever encountered in a small business. Not only is delivery super quick, they go above and beyond to help and even add in a few extra goodies if you’re lucky! Will always be a UC girl now! Ps the lashes and lash glue are phenomenal. Recommended to everyone I possibly can, can’t thank them enough for such a pleasant experience every time I make a purchase.

Ordered a bundle from Unicorn cosmetics had to get my fave lashes again!! The quality of the lashes are absolutely unreal the best lashes if you’re looking for an extension look. Amazing customer service and support from Danni and the team at Unicorn Cosmetics. I have ordered for years through this brand and have never had an issue however in December, Royal Mail lost my parcel. For some reason I wasn’t receiving any communication from Unicorn Cosmetics however Danni did everything she could to get in contact with me and sorted the issue. I received my original order last week with the nicest note from the team, thank you so much!

First time ordering from here after seeing videos on TikTok and the bear brows is amazing!!! Super fast delivery as well - ordered on Thursday night, order dispatched the following day and arrived a day later!

Bought the “Don’t give a fluff” cluster lashes and they are unreal! Could easily pass as a set of Russians, first time doing my own lashes and feel like a lash tech😂 would defiantly buy again

Absolutely amazing customer service from Danni at Unicorn Cosmetics.
My daughter fell and fractured her wrist so following multiple trips to and from hospital, my orders had piled up. Upon opening I realised that the lash base would be too wide for my daughters eye, but I had missed the returns period. I contacted customer services to explain and Danni was so lovely and understanding and accepted my late return, which was so greatly appreciated. Its a rare occurance to deal with a company that doesn't just care about making money. Thank you very much.

I love this brand and their brow gel.
No glue holds my eyebrows at all like this gel, my hair is very stubborn and naturally falls.
This gel is like glue but without ruining your eyebrows and it doesn't leave that horrible white cast when it sets. 10/10 recommend, my favourite brow gel.

There was a simple (very easy to make) mistake with my order and after emailing the team, a member called Danni got straight back to me and amended the error. Brilliant customer service and even threw in a freebie for me, which I very much appreciate but was not at all necessary!

Ordered Bear Brows towards end of august on pre order for 8th September.

It went past 8th of September which I didn’t mind as I understood how popular it was it, I emailed to ask when I could expect as I wanted for my holiday. Danni replied asking when I was going abroad and she upgraded my postage for me out of courtesy, didn’t expect it at all but very grateful!

Unicorn cosmetics is genuinely one of the most incredible brands to come into the beauty community. Their products are so lovely to use and the packaging is unique and fun. You really do get the impression that their products are never rushed because the quality is just next level and the creators are so polite and deal with any questions you have in a wonderful manner. Honestly never loved a brand more and can’t wait to see what else they bring to the world of makeup! My personal favourites are all the Russian lashes and the bear blushes 🧸

Really couldn't recommend enough!

I had an issue with my delivery, i paid £10 for next day sat del they didnt show, i emailed customer service and dealt with Danni, i never leave reviews but her customer service was amazing. She emailed straight back was very sorry gave me options for delivery and refunded me the charge they arrived next day and with a freebie which i didnt expect or ask for.

The lashes are insane i deffo wont go anywhere else now. Only tiny moan is they dont include the lash glue with the lashes - BUTTT £20 for 4 pairs of good quality lashes is a no brainer!

I ordered the lash bundle and the bear brows as well as the glue. Unfortunately, my order got lost in transit. The girls at unicorn cosmetics were straight on the case, keeping in regular contact with me and we’re all so lovely. They resent my order as well as a freebie (which I wasn’t expecting or demanding) which was just so lovely and thoughtful! All the lashes have been impeccable, I cannot believe how decent their quality is! Same as lash glue, I cannot fault it. Bear brows extreme is also amazing and I will be purchasing here regularly! Top quality products as well as prompt and genuinely caring customer service is very rare these days! Unicorn cosmetics have secured a very loyal customer, cannot praise them enough! Michelle ❤️xx

Fast shipping and great products. I already loved the bear brows, but decided to try the bear lip oils, and the peach sponge/slice and they didn’t disappoint!

I’ve been a customer of this company and have purchased lashes in the past which I thought were great, however, I purchased the brow bear balm a couple of months ago and didn’t open/use it as I was finishing up using another brow product. Upon opening this product a few days ago, fresh out the box and it was hard as a rock and had formed mould-like spores. I contacted the company and they flat out refused to replace/refund the product which I think is such bad business practice. I feel like I’ve wasted my money on a product that I never got to use and for that reason i this is the last time I’d be supporting this brand. If you are going to purchase their products just be warned that they refuse to take any accountability for the horrible quality of their products. Customer satisfaction should be top priority and I didn’t get that from this company. Awful customer service and makeup products. 0/10.
