Horrific - there is something wrong with this company. It's been over three weeks and nothing seems to be happening with my order. When you write to them, you get copy and paste replies that don't speak to your order at all. Im 99% sure even the "customer success manager" that emailed me was an AI fabrication. Not a legitimate business.

Paid for a football jersey during the World Cup for my partner - they took the money and then 24 hours later I got a message saying it was out of stock. Bank account shows they took the £100 yet I've sent 4 emails asking for some support and a refund, and not one person has got back to me. The number listed on their wesbite doesn't work - it seems to be a bit of a scam. Not sure will get the money back at this rate. Would avoid.

Avoid UKsoccershop, they do not follow through on refunds. I ordered 5 items from them and kept 2. I contacted them and returned 3 items in the way they requested.
They acknowledged receipt of the items and stated a refund (£73) was being initiated.
Never came.
I contacted them and they said it was an admin error and refund would now come through.
Never came.
I contacted PayPal and raised a case. PayPal asked the company to respond amd confirm receipt of returned items but UKsoccershop never engaged with PayPal.
Despite UKsoccershop acknowledging to me twice, by email, that items were returned, their refusal to engage with PayPal left me with a fight to get the refund.
I eventually did get it.
Final word - when I raised the issue with PayPal I also contacted UKsoccershop to let them know. They literally wrote one cheeky sentence back they would now not refund because I had raised the dispute.
PayPal confirmed UKsocershop could still have refunded me at ANY point. This last bit was their being deliberately obstructive. So, please avoid this company and use a reputable one.

Easy to use - ordered a Belgium shirt and received it two days later. Process was easy and service excellent.

I ordered the shirt which was a very reasonable price , I received the shirt quite quickly . Definitely recommend.

My jersey—with my name and number—arrived quickly and was perfectly done!

The website was easy to use and my delivery was with in a few days and the product is great my grandson loves his man utd kit for his birthday

They seem to be mis-selling products. Adidas selling "Authentic" matchday kits and also "replica" kits. The replica kits are being sold by UKsoccershop for the price of the Authentic kits. On the adidas website, the Authentic kits are selling for GBP 125 whilst the Replica kits go for GBP 80. I would seriously advise against purchasing official adidas merchandise from here! A customer support individual told me that they were aware that they do this too!

Great condition slow delivery

Item took 2 weeks to arrive and I have been requesting to return the item for over a week with no response

I have ordered a shirt with this company almost 6 weeks ago for my grandson birthday and have yet to receive the item and no refund.please do not waste money buying from this company. Only a generated same email is sent out every.time.my grandsons birthday has gone now. So disappointed.

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a football shirt on 20 July after the website stated it would be dispatched within 1–2 business days (5 business days at the latest). At no point before I paid was there any indication that the item was a pre-order or that they didn't actually have it in stock. Several days later, after hearing nothing, I checked my order status myself and only then discovered they were waiting for the manufacturer to supply the shirt before they could fulfil my order. Had this been made clear before checkout, I would never have placed the order. I then tried contacting the company repeatedly, sending around 10 emails and submitting an enquiry through their website, but I received no response whatsoever. It wasn't until I initiated a chargeback through my bank that they suddenly processed a refund. That says everything about their customer service. If you value honest stock information, communication and timely delivery, I'd strongly recommend buying from somewhere else.

I made contact with customer service via email regarding a return that was slightly out of the returns date but the company were very understanding and receptive to my request to return the unwanted item. I was offered store credit which I used to put towards an item that I purchased. Communication was excellent the understanding offered to me for the return was much appreciated.

Highly recommended.

Football shirt nothing like it's supposed to be. Returns too much of a pfaff. Won't be ordering again from them. Suppose you learn by your mistakes.

Immediately after ordering, I had a sinking feeling. listing said jersey was authentic. Which means on-field jersey. So I wrote, and asked politely to cancel if it was not an authentic on-field. No one responded to 4 emails within 4 days. item shipped. it wasn't authentic. and the numbers applied were generic, not from the federation of the US jersey. I wrote again. This time got a reply and told that's just what they do. I disputed and lost. Brutal. buyer beward.

A great selection of football shirts etc, always one of the first places I go to when I'm looking for something. Always good quality merchandise, never had a problem.

I got myself a Torino training top and a Messi Argentina top for my daughter. Both are good quality with quick delivery. Will definitely use again.
