Stolen £77 from me for taking payment for a shirt they never had. Refusing to email be back and no active telephone number! Thieves !!! Do not use this company in any circumstances read all thier poor reviews.

Every 5 Star review is automated and fake. Place is shit. Trust the 1 star reviews, because they would have give them a 0 if possible.

Do not order products from this company. I received the wrong order - incorrect description from their website - with insects present on the product within the enclosed bag. Sent a number of emails, tried phoning - nothing. Sent the product back with an accompanying note - again no response of any kind. Be warned, this is not a business you want to be involved with.

Scammers! Beware!

The company is a hoax. It has no stock, and drop ships items from Asia after you order.

The website is completely misleading, with key information hidden in the small print.

Customers will think they get their items in 2-5 days. It's more like 1-2 months.

Why do they have no customer service number? Because they are scammers!

Why are their email responses are rude and condescending? Because they are scammers.

Why can you not track a package? Be sure they are scammers.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT'S A SCAM.

They will be reported to Trading standards for their misleading inducements. Help others by exposing the scammers on all their social media.

We ordered a shirt with next day delivery. It wasn't dispatched for weeks after multiple emails were sent.
We decided to send it back and ask for a refund - after wasting £7 on next day delivery.
They want us to pay for postage return. Really unimpressed and lack of communication.
Wondering if it is some kid running this business out of his bedroom.

The shirt is great , the quality is great. 1st class service.

Shirt arrived damaged, perforated. Support refused to give me a refund. I have photos as proof.

I cannot believe the amount of content and choices to choose from. The products and service I have received are fantastic and an easy process to get my goods on the way.
Definitely recommend the products and I will keep using them in the future.

Ordered a football shirt on 07/06/26. Standard delivery, which is 1-2 working days and I needed the top before going on holiday 12/06/26.

The top wasn't dispatched until 12/06 and arrived on 14/06.

I requested a refund as the top was no longer required. I had no response on multiple chasers to confirm a refund until a time when it was beyond the returns window (1 month) and an auto-response confirmed I could no longer return my order as it was beyond the returns window. Classic.

One of the worst online experiences I've ever had. I ordered a shirt on 27th June, it arrived on 1st July, slightly later than expected but not the end of the world. I opened the package and it was the wrong shirt, I messaged to query and start a return and was ignored. I sent 4 messages/emails over next 2 days before I was finally answered and was made to feel like I was in the wrong and like I was being difficult. I sent the required ‘proof’ pictures and on 6th July they sent a form for my return. I returned using the included 48 hour free postage form, my return was processed on 16th July. On 24th July I emailed as I still hadn’t received my refund, it was finally issued on 26th July and didn’t include the delivery charge I had paid. The whole process I was made to feel like I was the problem, they were unhelpful and did the bare minimum through the whole process despite them photographing, labelling and posting up the complete wrong shirt. I would not recommend this company and would recommend you use any other football shirt seller.

Awful company to deal with, generic emails and sloppy service, ordered a mystery shirt for my daughter express delivery, shirt revealed on order which she already has so asked for replacement before sending, shipped before reading message! Shirt readily available in most sports shops cheap Messi Miami shirt!

The only place where I could find the New England away shirt in my size! (XXL) still in stock. Delivery was quick and the quality of the shirt is good, and I have no doubt that the product is in fact genuine. So pleased I decided to risk it despite a few bad reviews on here!

There look great for the price and got them though the post fast.

They took my money and never delivered, when I started communicating with their customer services, they couldn't find my order. I did pay via Amazon Pay but I'm still having issues getting a refund.

I've used UK soccer shop many times. Never disappointed. However on this occasion,, I purchased Spain away top with 19 and Yamal on the back. Unfortunately I got it and discovered it was too small for my grandson. I am unable to return it as uks don't accept returns with names or numbers on them. So I'm £120 down a I've a shirt that's no good to me.

Absolute shower of s*@t!! I placed an order and paid for 48hr delivery only for 2 weeks later to be told that the item was out of stock. I was told that the refund should appear on my card within 2 to 5 working days, that was 2 weeks ago. Absolute scam do not buy from this Web site
