I ordered an England shirt for my daughter’s birthday and it was never delivered. Emails to the vendor were ignored. I do not believe this is a real or trustworthy company

Awful experience PLEASE DO NOT BUY from this company. I ordered a personalized football shirt for my son’s birthday present. I paid extra to have next day delivery. On the same day as my order, the company provided me with a Royal Mail tracking number & said it had been dispatched. The tracking number doesn’t even work! I haven’t received the football shirt & they have taken my money. The company phone number isn’t in use & they don’t reply to emails. Please do not use this website - it is a scam!

From ordering to delivery of my Arsenal sleeveless training top, Uksoccershop made this a pleasant shopping experience. Unlike Arsenal Direct, where I originally ordered my top from. Arsenal Direct couldn't organise a toilet break in a brewery. Their customer service couldn't give a monkey about their customers. Don't believe me? Search Arsenal Direct on TrustPilot, 1.4 rated! Ordered a top from this company personalised for holidays and it never arrived during the time it was meant to.I requested for a refund even before the top was made and tomorow will be the third time they will try to send it to me ive told them constantly over and over and im still having to fight to get my money back.stay away from this company slow rude and will try and bully you!

I previously left a negative review as I requested a refund and thought there was no response from uk soccer shop, however I later found that they did reply and the email was in my junk folder.

I then spoke to a representative who offered to still honour the refund even though we were past the cut-off date. This was very honourable as it was my mistake.
I would like to thank uk soccer shop for making the process easy for me and I would like to apologise to both Uk soccer shop and to anyone who read my previous review.

Avoid these people. They took my money for a tshirt and then failed to respond to any correspondence and didn't supply item. Their phone lines are unanswered and their tracking and web account services don't work either.
Had to get the money back through bank. I assume they are not trading but their site is still taking your money. AVOID

Quick delivery quality goods

Great item quick delivery and clear updates of dispatch and delivery. Cant fault

Horrific - there is something wrong with this company. It's been over three weeks and nothing seems to be happening with my order. When you write to them, you get copy and paste replies that don't speak to your order at all. Im 99% sure even the "customer success manager" that emailed me was an AI fabrication. Not a legitimate business.

Paid for a football jersey during the World Cup for my partner - they took the money and then 24 hours later I got a message saying it was out of stock. Bank account shows they took the £100 yet I've sent 4 emails asking for some support and a refund, and not one person has got back to me. The number listed on their wesbite doesn't work - it seems to be a bit of a scam. Not sure will get the money back at this rate. Would avoid.

Avoid UKsoccershop, they do not follow through on refunds. I ordered 5 items from them and kept 2. I contacted them and returned 3 items in the way they requested.
They acknowledged receipt of the items and stated a refund (£73) was being initiated.
Never came.
I contacted them and they said it was an admin error and refund would now come through.
Never came.
I contacted PayPal and raised a case. PayPal asked the company to respond amd confirm receipt of returned items but UKsoccershop never engaged with PayPal.
Despite UKsoccershop acknowledging to me twice, by email, that items were returned, their refusal to engage with PayPal left me with a fight to get the refund.
I eventually did get it.
Final word - when I raised the issue with PayPal I also contacted UKsoccershop to let them know. They literally wrote one cheeky sentence back they would now not refund because I had raised the dispute.
PayPal confirmed UKsocershop could still have refunded me at ANY point. This last bit was their being deliberately obstructive. So, please avoid this company and use a reputable one.

Easy to use - ordered a Belgium shirt and received it two days later. Process was easy and service excellent.

I ordered the shirt which was a very reasonable price , I received the shirt quite quickly . Definitely recommend.

My jersey—with my name and number—arrived quickly and was perfectly done!

The website was easy to use and my delivery was with in a few days and the product is great my grandson loves his man utd kit for his birthday

They seem to be mis-selling products. Adidas selling "Authentic" matchday kits and also "replica" kits. The replica kits are being sold by UKsoccershop for the price of the Authentic kits. On the adidas website, the Authentic kits are selling for GBP 125 whilst the Replica kits go for GBP 80. I would seriously advise against purchasing official adidas merchandise from here! A customer support individual told me that they were aware that they do this too!

Great condition slow delivery

Item took 2 weeks to arrive and I have been requesting to return the item for over a week with no response

I have ordered a shirt with this company almost 6 weeks ago for my grandson birthday and have yet to receive the item and no refund.please do not waste money buying from this company. Only a generated same email is sent out every.time.my grandsons birthday has gone now. So disappointed.

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a football shirt on 20 July after the website stated it would be dispatched within 1–2 business days (5 business days at the latest). At no point before I paid was there any indication that the item was a pre-order or that they didn't actually have it in stock. Several days later, after hearing nothing, I checked my order status myself and only then discovered they were waiting for the manufacturer to supply the shirt before they could fulfil my order. Had this been made clear before checkout, I would never have placed the order. I then tried contacting the company repeatedly, sending around 10 emails and submitting an enquiry through their website, but I received no response whatsoever. It wasn't until I initiated a chargeback through my bank that they suddenly processed a refund. That says everything about their customer service. If you value honest stock information, communication and timely delivery, I'd strongly recommend buying from somewhere else.
