John and Lee came to do the loft installation. Very pleasant, really easy to get on with. Quick job, arrived early which was brilliant for us.removed items from the loft which was fantastic as my mobility isn’t great. Would definitely recommend these two… A***** for this team!

Heating controls.
Miles visited my property today to install new radiator valves and the hive heating control. From start to finish Miles was very professional, explained everything thoroughly & completed his work to a very high standard. He was very knowledgeable and helped me out massively with some issues ive had as of late. A really nice guy who I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you so much for your work today.

Cavity walls & Hive
I had my cavity walls insulated and what a difference it has made in my house to maintaining the heat. Two fantastic guys did the insulation and they did a very tidy job. Also I had a hive fitted by another two fantastic guys!

Don't trust
I tried calling to discuss the installation of the extractor fans in
the kitchen extractor is ok but It lets cold air in(draught) it needs a non return air system fitted,I will to photo of the wiring (trunking) and the white frame has some gaps or missing sealant in certain areas, which could be a source of drafts or moisture ingress...a rite mess..
the bathroom extractor is not quiet it is constantly buzzing even when the red light goes out.i have to try and switch it off at the plug But the plug is so high it's about 10 ft and I think it should be a lot lower..and the switch not fitted very well..
IAM still not happy with the window vents, there's no point in me sending photos of them because they look ok but they do not work correctly even when closed they are draughty.i Wii take a video and put a feather it front of vents.
the hive system is really nice but the hive app on my phone won't connect to the internet through the WiFi.
UEM would not repair anything and I was told that they are happy with what they have done
I have had to pay a professional company to fix all of there crap.
