Reliable, Skilled and Friendly Service from Liam

Liam came to fit storage heaters and fans in my property and I couldn’t be happier with his work. He was tidy, clean, reliable and clearly very skilled at his job. He was also really easy to chat to — pleasant, polite, and professional throughout.
He even stayed late to make sure everything was finished and that my heating was fully up and running before he left. Genuinely couldn’t have asked for a nicer or more helpful person. Highly recommend!

The company itself is very good and informative, the two workmen they sent, lee and shaun were extremely hard working, very pleasant to talk to and kept us informed about what they were doing and made an excellent job of it, and were very tidy and cleaned up after themselves, would recommend.

Avoid like the plague

Had mine done last year worst experience ever

My home is ruined, my carpets are destroyed completely and I tried to raise a complaint to be ignored.

The guys didnt even bring a hoover to clean mess and used my own one to clean up brick dust! Hoover is ruined.

I've got leaks coming in from where they drilled a fan into my conservatory which is causing plaster to be soaked!

Please please please do your research and look at the reviews.. I did this in hopes to better my home but I feel no difference!

The window vents they drilled into my pvc windows are not fitted correctly causing gaps and drafts.

When 2 gentlemen came to rectify some work the others did, they also moved the rubbish to the top of my drive in the time they have done this- the fence between the neighbour and me has been fully damaged ( panels missing and neighbour complaining) they also nipped the wire to my ring door bell which now doesnt work!

I will be taking my complaints further with ofgem as since July last year this company has fully ruined this home ( im still finding issues with the work too this day!)

In the long run its going to cost more to rectify the work this company has done

Loft insulation and home ventilation

John and Lee came to my house today to do ventilation and loft insulation. They arrived on time , explained everything that they were going to do . All the jobs were completed in about 2 hours , they left everywhere clean and tidy and gave me advice on everything they had done . Both lads were lovely and friendly which makes things so much easier . Thanks for the help that I’m receiving off you and making the process very easy . Much appreciated 😊

I was suspicious of this offer at…

I was suspicious of this offer at first, but applied anyway. The surveyor arrived and stated that I met requirements for full loft insulation and a new boiler. The appointment was confirmed and the loft guys arrived when they said they would. The insulation they used was of top quality. They completed the job and tidied up after themselves. The guys arrived to replace the boiler the following week and grafted solidly for two days. Once again quality goods and first class service. I am very grateful to have received the grant and to have had this gift. Much appreciated and top company.

absolutely disgusting I have been…

absolutely disgusting I have been trying for 5 days to go to UKEM complaints department no success my window is almost falling out the plaster is coming off my walls there is MASSIVE gaps in my skirting boards there is so much cold air coming through my windows and a extremely lot of water coming through 1 bedroom window I was told by this company it must be
condensation to get in touch with our complaints department I have tried to numerous times to no avail I am extremely poorly I am also extremely disabled not one bit of help from this company pleas please do NOT use they are 1000% rubbish load of RUBBISH pleas get back to me and sort my not so beautiful home as it was before your company TOTALLY destroyed I have trie loads of times to get to your complaints department to no avail 10000000000% pathetic please call me to get this resolved I want the whole lot taken down PLEASE DO NOT ENTERTAIN THIS COMPANY ABSOLUTELY 10000000000& RUBBISH I received a reply from this company they obviously did not read my concerns fully with regards to not being able to get to their complaint site they have suggested I go to their complaint site

I have applied many times

I have applied many times, for somebody to get back to me, each time i get refused, they say you need to be on benifits, yes, i am, pension, so why am I never referred or even spoke to about a free grant

We’d like to clarify that we don’t make up the eligibility criteria for grant schemes. We are required to follow the guidance and rules set by the scheme providers and Ofgem, and we can only refer or approve applications that meet those set criteria. Unfortunately, this means that in some cases we’re unable to help, even when we genuinely want to.

We completely understand how disappointing it feels to apply multiple times, especially when you are receiving a pension and feel you should qualify. Please know that we would love to be able to help everyone who contacts us, but we are limited by the rules we have to work within.

For further clarification on eligibility or why referrals may not have been made, we recommend contacting Ofgem directly, or speaking to your local authority to see what support or schemes may be available in your area.

We’re sorry we couldn’t give you better news, and we truly appreciate you reaching out and sharing your experience.

Daren and Kayed did a brilliant job of fitting a complete new central heating system

Daren and Kayed fit a full new heating system to my old eighties house. They did a great job, taking much effort to protect my home. New pipes had to be erected and they made sure they were hidden and unobtrusive. They took up carpets and put them back down causing no damage. All waste was removed leaving the home clean and tidy. Both were very friendly, informative and professional. Would recommend them.
