Item has still not arrived
Item has still not arrived, 2 weeks after ordering.
Craig Atkins (MD) emailed me a couple of days after making the order advising that Systemline had a faulty batch and they will send my order once available.
No further updates received and no responses to my emails.
Will wait another week before reporting the sale as fraud on my Amex.

Their customer service appears to be non existant
Despite being a long term customer who has had several previous orders delivered successfully, UK Automation delivered my latest order to the wrong address.
After Several attempts at communication, they shipped my order minus two expensive zwave bulbs, promising they would ship them at the beginning of January 2019.
Now it's nearly the end of January. I have tried unsuccessfully to Write via the contact form in my account, Phoning, the answering machine says they are too busy to be bothered with the minutia of answering phones, and I have also tried by email, to their contact email address. and still no reply.
I've resorted to this, to see if thy contact me.
I am about to instigate a chargeback and report them to trading standards.
