Purchased two energy light switches haven't worked since buying, spoke with manufacturer, still not working UK automation not answering chat/phone calls. Very poor service/product would not use again.

I bought Vemmio Motion Mini and it turns out when I received the product they gave me the wrong item. I asked for assistance on their customer service but they were slow in assisting me on my problem.

Great customer service. They were able to address my concern very well. Kudos to the team.

Order of a Marmitek GigaControl 450 advertised to be in stock was accepted but a few weeks later cancelled and presumably refunded (i'll find out at the end of the month. Very disappointing experience.

X10 material available on this site although increasingly rare in Europe.

Order dispatched 3 weeks ago and still not arrived. No response to emails and their phone number always goes to voicemail. A shame as I've ordered many times over the years and always had really good customer service - but either they've gone on holiday or gone out of business and are still taking peoples money for as long as they can.

UK Automation is a famous and reliable seller. He delivers quickly and correctly.
Highly recommended.

Numerous emails to support either directly or through the web based messaging system continue to remain unanswered. Not good!

Ordered 5off door/widow sensors of one evening and they arrived two days later. Brilliant service.
The price of these sensors were extremely fair, as they are a basic contact sensor only: i.e. no extra function of temperature, etc.
In all, a very happy customer that will certainly be looking to purchase again.

Still awaiting a delivery date. Order hasn’t even been sent yet or told if it’s out of stock. No reply from directors personal message.

Wouldn’t mind if we had received a single piece of correspondence, instead of taking the money and running.

I ordered a tkb switch. I was was emailed that this product was shipped on 14 Jan 2020. Has not been delivered. I have sent several emails and left a Tel message - there is only an answerphone available - No response. It seems they may have gone out of business, so I strongly recommend do not use

Seeing a similar experience written on here, I thought best to advise others to keep well clear of. I ordered a single garage door opener last summer, no issues, great product. Ordered another double door opener on 3rd January this year, cannot get in touch with them either via mailed messages and their contact tel number is on an answer phone service. They have of course taken the money. Watch out for UK mainland deliveries as seemingly Aberdeen is not mainland U!!!!!!!!!!, extra £18 for delivery yet big bold letters state FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £150. Good to hear if others have similar experience and have they managed to resolve or even get some information.

In the past they've been fine, but my recent experience is that my order didn't arrive and they have ignored my emails. I can't get through on the phone. I wonder if they are still trading - a pity if not.

I have ordered several items from this company, everything was great until one of the items was faulty and I had to return it. I haven't heard anything since Royal Mail confirmed they had delivered the return, which was in April - so I'm out £100 and nobody at UK Automation seems to care (I've tried contacting via email and their website to no avail). I'm not planning to buy any more products from them and I recommend you don't either as they have completely lost my trust.
