Technology is useless

Technology is useless.
I have had nothing but trouble with the x10 equipment for the last 5 years.
Just spent £180 on new gear and having even more problems.
No phone number to call for help.
No one reply’s in the chat on the site.
Absolutely useless through and through.
Do not use x10 equipment.

Amazing service

Only issue I had was that I took standard free delivery (3-5 days) and it turned up the following day - wow - amazing service.
I bought the Automatic garage door opener and I managed to fit it myself with a little help from my mate and it took us 3 hours...

1 tip - Follow the instructions don't try to jump any stages especially the programming part otherwise it wont work... don't try to guess!! like I did lol

I have not used it yet

I have not used it yet. However getting it was very simple. My only issue I can see are all the instructions are not clear and or in French?

Fast delivery

Fast delivery, great little sensor product. I already have 3 Fibaro universal sensors. Unlike other Z-Wave products they don't fail all pof a sudden.

Good shopping experience

Webpage offers all necessary information. Mails after purchase giving further infirmatiin.
Shipment to Germany took some days but parcel arrived in good condition.
