Our research showed us that Tyneside Home Improvements was the place to go for a new conservatory. Although we still have a few minor things to do we are very pleased with how things are looking. From the plans we knew it would be good but after Paul and Grant completed the building work we were blown away with how amazing it looks. It is beyond anything we expected. Replacing Conservatory Roof
We decided to replace our conservatory roof. After much research we selected 3 “local” companies. We eventually decided upon Tyneside Home Improvements.
This turned out to be one of the best decisions we ever made.
The conversion was managed professionally and the team were brilliant (kept the site clean, worked well together, and very easy to get on with.
We are delighted with the result.
We have had a couple of very minor issues, but they have been quickly resolved by a caring team.
I have not used many organisations wit such an excellent customer ethic, and would recommend them,

New extension and configuration of downstairs
We had an extension added to the back of our house and reconfiguration of the downstairs with a new utility and downstairs toilet. This also included new doors at the front for easier access. We are over the moon with the work and everyone has been amazing. The builders, plasterer, fitters and joiners were all brilliant and the quality of the work was outstanding. I would highly recommend the company as the professionalism was amazing. Only criticism was the plumber not turning up on a number of occasions, which meant the office staff had to chase. However, the rest of the team were excellent.

After a shaky start, having to chase THI for a start date, having paid the deposit in March, the build didn’t start until early November but once started, the work was great. All the tradesmen really know their trade, are very professional & hard working & made us feel at ease. We had new windows/doors fitted 1st which were great then Steph & Macca for the roofline who were brilliant. After that came the build of the orangery by Rob, Colin & Robs son Jake, who went above & beyond & their knowledge of building work is amazing. They cleaned up at the end of each day & were very respectful of our neighbours. Joe & Joel came after that to fit the bifold doors & orangery roof, again they were great at their job & lovely lads. Pete the plasterer was superb, as was Sean the plumber. They all went the extra mile to ensure we had a warm & toasty orangery just in time for Christmas. We’ve had a couple of minor snags since then, which have been dealt with very efficiently. We would be happy to recommend THI. P & A Rogers

Brilliant Company
We are extremely happy with our new Kitchen Extention. Turned out much better than expected. All tradesmen on the job were polite, friendly and carried out all work to a high standard.

Superb Work
We've had an orangery and knock through completed by THI and couldn't be more pleased with the end result. From the VR to envisage our plans, right through the work has been to a very high standard. The builders were a pleasure to work with and did a fantastic job of the build and shaping the 2 existing rooms into one room with the extension. All work was carried out to a high standard with each part of the team friendly and communicative throughout. A real smooth experience, including unexpected delays with the start date, resolving problems with one of the existing floors and communicating with our kitchen company to ensure a painless process. I'd recommend THI to anyone looking for an extension/knock through.

Outstanding customer service
After nearly ten years since installation we experienced a leak in the conservatory roofspace where the 'new' conservatory roof abutted the existing garage roof. Despite the time since the original installation THI despatched Dale to check out and resolve the issue. Dale was able to effect a temporary solution over Christmas and returned today to make a permanent repair. He has made a first class job of the work and cleaned and tidied the site afterwards. We are delighted that after nearly ten years since installation THI have not only honoured their guarantee but have effected a long term solution to the problem. Dale is an excellent ambassador for the company and spoke highly of them as an employer and their commitment to their customers. I would have no hesitation in recommending THI to anyone contemplating one of their roofing systems or any other work by this outstanding company.

I had been very badly let down a number…
I had been very badly let down by a number of very well known and TV Advertised companies, starting with the original installers of my new kitchen roof and subsequent repair outfits ! Ultimately Tyneside Home Improvements were appointed by the insurers ... this was a Godsend. From start to finish the team made good the very bad workmanship, design and integrity of the structure. The finish of the associated works was to a very high standard and carried out at all stages by a very skilled team of workers. The site was left clean and tidy and works carried out to my entire satisfaction. Additionally, their Customer Care was excellent and at all times were very sincere in their approach.
I would certainly recommend THI to anyone..... well done all.

Great work from the whole team at THI
Great work from the whole team at THI. We had an old draughty conservatory replaced with new frames, windows, doors, and a Supalite roof. From the initial explanation of options and products we felt confident working with THI. Works were carried out in a timely manner with plenty of communication at each stage. Each of the various tradespeople were clearly experts in their field, and were all friendly and professional when in and around our home. The final product is something we're extremely happy with, and I will use the company again without hesitation for any future works.
