If I could give zero stars, I would.

Ordered 2 x of the outdoor cat handling light, which the website says is ‘durable’ and ‘capable of handling the elements’. £69.99 each.. which were allegedly £139.99 each before discount. Came in two parts, the tail was separate. The cats tail didn’t fit into the body and falls out. The product weighs hardly anything (clearly cheaply 3D printed) and fall over with a small gust of wind.

Reached out for a full refund, which is supposed to be a 30-day money back guarantee for “ANY REASON” according to the website. Instead, their customer service told us to use adhesive and put bits of paper in to join the tail into the body!!! Utter madness!!! I am in total shock - AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Advertising is misleading because of the AI/CG used to falsely represent the products. I received my garland purchase after a long delay and it was not as advertised.

These items took a month to arrive and looked nothing like the picture. Very disappointed and it puts me off buying anything else online. I have asked to return them for a refund.

Got this for the living room but my kids kept asking for it in their bedroom at bedtime so it lives in there now. They settle down much quicker with the soft light on. Working out well for everyone.

The product is ok although a tad disappointed with the quality and you certainly don’t see the battery pack in the pictures. One of the tulips is missing. Delivery was ok. Certainly don’t think they’re worth the full price but I got for half price. Certainly like the glow from the lights.

My friend came over and assumed I'd spent a lot more on this than I actually did. The finish and materials honestly don't look budget at all. Brilliant value for what you pay.

I ordered the lighted Wheat! My first complaint to the company about not getting a vase with my order which it said nowhere in the ordering process that the base was not included! They returned a nice letter saying they were sorry! I further examine my order to find out that the wire from the base of the Wheat to the control unit was only about 8 inches long! How on earth could you put that wheat in a vase and have the control unit outside of the face to turn it on and off! Second of all in order to turn the remote to the lighted feature you wanted you had to push at eight times and go through all the light processes to get there! How stupid! This whole order has been a fiasco and I would never order from them again! Don’t waste your money. These things were too expensive and I stupidly bought two of them!

I ordered a sunflower light order ID SLWTP on April 25th today is May 19th after several attempts to track my item I have nothing to show it’s whereabouts but emails from Kim assuring me it’s on its way, however I’ve paid for something I think I’ll never see!!! What a scam you have pulled off. Thanks for nothing

Had a special occasion, and ordered this flower...it was opposite., what was on the picture. Cheap material. Very disappointed

Bought a number of products and have never been disappointed. Recently purchased the solar powered lilies. They work great and stay lit all night.

I did not receive the Twinkling Tree flower lights in time for Mother's Day (5/10), which was disappointing, since I was assured that the products would be shipped in plenty of time to arrive. I ordered the lights on 4/27 but they were not shipped until 5/5. I received them on 5/11. Lights are pretty but the pink and white Hydrangeas are hard to distinguish from each other.

I think this is the fourth one I've bought now. One for me, one for my mum, one for my sister and one for a friend's housewarming. Everyone loves theirs. Becoming my default gift at this point.

The Outdoor Lights weren't the same as the photograph but still pretty! The indoor Dandelions aren't just switch on and off, you have to keep pressing the switch to get to the 'on' which is somewhat irritating. This is the same as the switch for the Solar Lights but once you've chosen your option that's fine.. However every time you want to switch the Dandelions on you have to go through the whole rigamarole again!

I want to share this in case it helps someone else. My mum has dementia and gets quite anxious in the evenings when it starts getting dark, which her care team calls sundowning. I read somewhere that soft warm lights can help with this so I ordered one for her room. She loves it. She points at it and smiles when its on and she's been a bit calmer at bedtime since we started using it. Obviously its not a cure or anything but its helped take the edge off and her carer has noticed a difference too. Just wanted to mention it in case anyone else is going through something similar.

We put these along the side path that leads to the back garden. They light up nicely every evening and we've had no issues with the solar charging even though we don't get a lot of direct sun. My husband was sceptical but even he admits they look great.

Very happy with teh tulips, give a lovely glow and also feel real, great product. highly recommended

The battery pack is too big for most vases.
The lilies are gorgeous. It's a 4 on the lilies.

What type of vases should I use? I tried 2.

Bought this for my wife as a little surprise and she's absolutely thrilled with it. She turns it on every evening and it's been in our living room for about a month now. Lovely warm glow. Happy wife happy life as they say.
