Excelent.
Fast shipping and great communication. The Sale is not finished for them once you've paid... they take care of the customer until you've got the game and all is ok.

I eventually found a board game at Turolgames which was sold out at many other shops. The international shipment worked well and was transparent and reliable. Thumbs up!

A box was damaged as if it had been scratched against the ground. Never expected that because price wasn't cheap.

Had to wait 3 months to receive my order. After 2 months I requested my money back, which didnt happen.

The shop took 5 working days (a week)…
The shop took 5 working days (a week) to dispatch my order, but it's understandable with the COVID19 situation. They quickly anwered to my mail when I inquired about the delay.
The only downside is paypal fees (+/- 5%) and the expensive shipping fees (19€!!), for 10 malifaux plastic minis and some gaming cards, nothing really heavy or large.
