Tunetoo: The worst customer experience I had in…

The worst customer experience I had in past 10 years on the Internet. This Tee Shirt personalization ecommerce site is slow, great technology, still very slow to use. Customer service: none...I ordered for >500€ of goods, no delivery date, no answer to my emails, no answers to my specific request for a delivery date, one month after order date (leaving enough time for production...) I strongly DO NOT recommend this web site and service.

Horrible

Horrible. I have placed an order (454349) on the 23rd of February. I contacted them after a month of no reception and they said the model of shirt I ordered had taken some time to get in stock. Fine.
We are the 14th of June, and NOTHING. I have sent at least 10 emails, saying it had been stuck in "graphic control" for months, and I wanted a refund. I have NEVER heard back from them.

No customer service at all

I place an order on April 21st and still haven't received my order! La Poste made a mistake and return my order to them. Since then, I've tried to contact them 4 times via email, facebook, instagram... without any luck!!! There's not even a phone number when issue arise! The customer service is absolutely outrageous. This is my last try before opening legal actions against Tunetoo! Just out of this world...

Totally disappointing. I lost my money and the Xmas gift for my relative.

My order n°273096 placed on Nov 29th has not been delivered. I did not received any communication from Tunetoo or tracking number.

Impossible to contact with them by phone.

Really disappointing experience. I do not recommend to buy here.

If they don't solve the problem inmmediately I will be forced to take legal measures.

4 emails sent in the last 3 weeks and absolutely no answer. They tell you to email sav@tunetoo and you will get an answer but I have been waiting for 3 weeks. Obviously my order has not arrived...

Had to chargeback my order.

Worst customer service ever. They lost my package and after many emails asking them to resolve the issue and 45 days of waiting and no action, I was forced to do a charge back through my bank. I would still be waiting if I had not done that. Such a hassle and Tunetoo washed their hands. Pathetic! Definitely do not recommend!

I'm a twitch streamer and I'm using my own shop thanks to Tunetoo. For myself I purchased many items of my own staff to use it in my live streams. Unfortunately my logo didn't match the color at all in the polo shirts. They fixed this issue very fast, and I thank you a lot.
