Unfair refusal of accidental child purchase refund
"I am reporting a very poor experience with Tamagoo. My minor daughter made an accidental purchase of 10.650 JOD (Order: GPA.3370-7468-6069-65659) on March 24. Despite immediate contact and the fact that the digital items are 100% unused, the developer refused to cooperate or help with the refund. This lack of empathy and rigid policy for honest mistakes is unacceptable. As a loyal user since 2016, I expected a human review instead of robotic refusals. I do not recommend their support."
