Once again let down by poor customer service! All I wanted was some stain, what a joke double the price Brewers sold it to me, without the three week wait! I see nothing changes, I will never deal with this company again! Don’t even ask for the email address for anything - Tuin your a joke!!

The treatment we stock is not available via Brewers so it's difficult to compare a price for a like for like product. We do show all delivery times on our website and this is due to all of our stock being shipped from The Netherlands.
We always display the earliest available delivery date before an order is placed so customers can make an informed decision.
As for Brewers, we completely agree, they're an excellent company. We often recommend their Albany wood finishes to customers looking for a wider choice of colours that still deliver great performance, and their knowledgeable staff are one of the reasons they have such a brilliant reputation.
If our quoted delivery time didn't meet your requirements and you were able to obtain a suitable, alternative product elsewhere more quickly, we're genuinely pleased you found a solution.
Whilst you have stated you don't want to provide your email address we are unable to verify which product you were looking to purchase or any previous orders without this information. We're happy to look into the matter of course so hope that you will be willing to provide this to us.

Great Service
Two of the facia boards on my Sophie log cabin bought in 2020 developed rot on the top edge. Ben at Tuin couldn’t have given better service or have done more, he went the extra mile and is sorting out replacement parts. He answered my email's very quickly, I have no hesitation in recommending Tuin and their products.

Customised Storage
I needed a customised storage unit to match the Jo's Corner Cabin I purchased a few years ago.
And Tuin came up trumps with a bespoke design.

Ok but not the best
This review is my experience and may not represent others experience.
The summer house is quiet good, not as good as one I had from Dunster House. The assembly instructions are awful and the out of hours customer service phone number and email they offer is unmanned.
I was told to only use the instructions that come with the delivery but there is a host of information on their website that you need to refer to.
Don't opt for their felt is is awful and is shipped incorrectly so can split and tear really easily.
I probably wouldn't use them again.

out of stock disappointment
Paid for the Garage was given a delivery date but the next day was told it was out of stock and would be a later delivery, just a bit dissapointing would be good if this was more obvious when ordering and picking the delivery date.
