The parts i got seemed diferent to what…
The parts i got seemed diferent to what i expected. The already assembled doors and windows are of poor quality. The windows are twisted and dont fit correctly. The door frame is weak. The doors seem warped. I have managed to make everything fit but didnt expect to do so much work to achieve the result. The actual wall planks were difficult to keep fitted together they kept popping out. I had to fasten them to 40mm square pieces of wood the full height to keep them together. There are a few holes to the floor boards where the knots have fallen out. The instruction book should be more informative it seems as though its a rough translation from the original Dutch or scandinavian. Having said this the cabin is built and painted with good quality cuporinol wood preserve and now looks good.

During this time of year when the weather is warmer, we often see more instances of warping due to the natural properties of timber. Whilst we do our best to mitigate this as much as possible, we understand that installing with warped parts can be frustrating at times.
Our MD has already been in contact to apologise for your experience installing the floor and we will apologise again here.
We are also working to improve the instructions that come with our log cabins. During the interim, we have produced a series of instructional YouTube videos that we are beginning to roll out during the delivery period to better inform our customers.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Before and after my purchase i contacted Tuin by email and live chat and had speedy replies. Delivery was on time and the driver went out his way to get the delivery in my garden, hurrah.
The log cabin was installed today and is great quality (installers also commented this) and a great addition to the garden. Look forward to using it.
Definitely recommend this company.

Great staff
when I was unable to order through the website the staff responded to my call and demonstrated flexibility and a can-do approach to satisfying my purchase requirements.

Replacement Hinge for Cabin door
Replacement Hinge for Cabin door. Contacted Tuin regarding a replacement hing for my cabin door - couple of pictures later and a replacement was on its way.
Very easily sorted and within a few days hinges were delivered.
All in all a good experience.

I make these comments prior to receiving the summer house I have purchased. My experience by telephone has been good (no push of buttons and a person at the other end answered the phone very quickly) with the one question I needed to know before my purchase. The confirmation email to the purchase was very rapid. With a further one received regarding the delivery.

I was unable to order a log cabin on line so I rang Tuin and explained the problem. The staff were very helpful, sorted it out and I was then able to order a cabin on line as well as select a week for delivery. Well done Tuin 😃

Once again let down by poor customer service! All I wanted was some stain, what a joke double the price Brewers sold it to me, without the three week wait! I see nothing changes, I will never deal with this company again! Don’t even ask for the email address for anything - Tuin your a joke!!

The treatment we stock is not available via Brewers so it's difficult to compare a price for a like for like product. We do show all delivery times on our website and this is due to all of our stock being shipped from The Netherlands.
We always display the earliest available delivery date before an order is placed so customers can make an informed decision.
As for Brewers, we completely agree, they're an excellent company. We often recommend their Albany wood finishes to customers looking for a wider choice of colours that still deliver great performance, and their knowledgeable staff are one of the reasons they have such a brilliant reputation.
If our quoted delivery time didn't meet your requirements and you were able to obtain a suitable, alternative product elsewhere more quickly, we're genuinely pleased you found a solution.
