We booked our first ever TUI holiday and went with a TUI platinum holiday. O M G!! I will never use anyone else from now on! Booking was and is a breeze, flights are good times and most importantly we can fly from our local air port Norwich! (It’s only small!) the staff are very friendly, the planes were spotless and clean (also very modern!) Yes overall it’s a little more expensive but the service was 1000 times better overall!

Quick and simple to place my holiday requirements and a great little saving of £100 for Solo travellers.

Can not fault the hotel/experience, met all our needs. Clean, welcoming and attentive staff. Some brief noise in the early hrs from the party goers coming back, but as heavy sleepers it did not affect us. Made the best memories.

Booking my flights to Lanzarote a few times a year is always a pleasure in your shop in Newport road rumney. All staff very pleasant and smiles Greet you. They are always there to help me with anything I ask. Would not chose another shop or airline

It flies from my little local airport directly to large UK cities. Cabin and aircraft are in great condition and crew are helpful and polite.

TUI are on the whole very competent as a travel organiser. They provide consistency high stndrds

Reception staff at the hideaway were appalling and bordering on rude.

So I was browsing and accidentally bought yet another cruise.....it was just so easy!

After we booked online and realised our booking was incorrect , we headed into our trusted local shop where we asked the wonderful staff to help us fix it, as we couldn't sort it out ourselves. They sorted it immediately without any hesitation or issues . Thank you . The only thing we have found which is annoying is the new info on the website that says "mandatory fees and local taxes are now included in the price" and after reconfirming with staff today this still has to be paid at the hotel in resort as it has always been . But this message makes it feel like that has already been paid . Please clarify with 2 separate prices one to pay to tui and one to pay at hotel .

Staff were h elpful and knowing products well

Booked a holiday four days ago pay the £250 deposit and then within 48 hours I’ve got a text message saying your holiday is at risk. If I do not pay the final total amount within 24 hours how can this be? I’m not happy whatsoever I have fully paid for my holiday now, but under duress, I thought I had at least two or three weeks to complete.

I always find the staff at your Pontypridd branch to be friendly and very helpful
