Outbound flight was excellent, Inbound flight ! I never experienced a so disorganised crew . We travel on this flight 5/6 times ayear so we do know what the service in the premium cabin should be like. All drinks & food were served by hand ,no flight trolleys used . The main meal was served 3 hours after we took off (on a night flight?) The new menu was awful. The crew spent more time talking in gallery than serving the customer. In 15 years of flying back & forward to Jamaica,that was the worst Premium cabin service l have ever experienced. TOM115 Montego bay to Manchester 30/08/26.

Flight was delayed due to late arrival into ACE airport. Airport was comfortable though while waiting. Flight & crew polite. Seating comfortable

The flight was great - no issues apart from seating configurations. However check in at Newcastle airport was a complete mess. TUI now have the dreadful self check in machines, which were woefully undermanned and caused a huge queue to develop even though there were multiple machines available. We paid extra for better legroom seats but the flight was reconfigured and we ended up in seats with no extra space. We wasted £70 and got nothing for it.

the product is good but from Cardiff Airport they are in a position of dominance and seem to abuse that power when it comes to flight pricing. They have no competition and thus you are charged premium fares for the privilage of flying from my local airport.
