As a small business it's tempting to try and sort things out for yourself. However experience has told me that this isn't always the best solution! Especially when it come to IT.That's where Jireh have really helped me. They really understood my needs and have always provided me with the solutions that are right for me and the business, and that fit with my budget. They are very flexible and offer great independent advice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I've used Jireh solutions for my own business initially (4 Digital) and subsequently referred them on to our own clients with confidence. The reason for that is simple: attention to detail, very friendly people to deal with, they're proactive, but perhaps most important, in the final analysis, all aspects of their service (whether hardware or software related) is always implemented without any issue whatsoever. Not much more to say really! It's as it good as it gets for a service from any supplier.

I had a major virus on my computer. I visited Andy at his office and left my computer with him. In a very short time I was contacted with the diagnosis and options. All of this was put in terms which I understood and not high tech language.
I received my computer back along with advice on how to avoid this happening again and was offered a 'support' service as well.
It was a totally pleasurable experience and one where I felt I was dealing with a credible team who had integrity. I would not hesitate to recommend this team. The amount paid was very reasonable for the high level of service and expertise which I received.
I have continued since then to deal with Jireh Solutions and will do so in the future and have always received the same high standard of service.

Very fast service, very reasonable price.

The machine had become overloaded with replication of data a programs. This was cleaned effectively and upgraded to windows 10

I have found that their engineers are more than helpful with all computer problems and where possible help to resolve over the phone. Where this is not possible I have taken computer to the shop where they have done a full check resolved the problem all for a very reasonable cost.

A very helpful company indeed, Jacob was very good in explaining what they did to my Computor , for a "older" customer to understand !

Over priced, incorrect diagnosis of computer fault. Quoted £700 for a job I got repaired elsewhere for £40. Charged for express repair without asking if I wanted to pay additional fees for express repair. Avoid this business unless you like throwing your money away.

Efficient service, friendly staff

I have personally always had good treatment from Tamar, although friends have had differing treatment. But I must speak as I find.

Superb device. Sorted my Mac issue on the day. Very speedy and a job well done.
