I had left my laptop in as I was having some problems with it. The staff were very helpful from the time I went in till I left . They explained to me what was wrong with my laptop and within twenty four hours I had the laptop back as good as new. I would recommend their service to anyone.

The team in iMobile repaired both my iPhone 6 and iPad and went above and beyond by suggesting tempered glass for both therefore preventing possible damage in the future. Both were repaired the same day! Couldn't get a nicer bunch of guys.

The P.C. Clinic has always proved highly efficient with great strengths in clear explanations to customers like me needing accurate and sensible advice. All personnel met have proved to be extremely competent in both installations and repairs as well as providing excellent value for money.

I have used Burntwood Computer Services over the past couple of years and have found the staff really helpful but what I find is that they speak to me in a language I can understand and not as another techy. On every occasion I have had cause to use Burntwood Computer Services they have solved the problem quickly for a very reasonable charge and they have always advised me honestly. This is a most competent and trustworthy company who I would not hesitate to recommend to my family and best friends alike, that is how brill they are.

i had a new computer, printer, and system setup, the service cant fault it good to have a company to hand when you have a problem with your computer, they will come out to you or you can take it to them. the staff very helpfull

this is a good computer shop, the people there are very helpful and their prices are very fair. i wouldnt go anywhere else .

Some time ago I called in at Burntwood Computer Centre as I had decided that I wishesd to improve on my present PC. I gave Ben my requirements and my budget and asked him what he could do for me. Well within two weeks I had the most amazing PC installed and running in my study and the performance was much better than I had requested and was still well within my budget. Brilliant.
Shortly afterwards I called in on Ben again to report that my old laptop was giving me a few problems, it was slowing down and I had been unable to link it to my printer. Again he came up trumps, he told me that I didn't need a new laptop and that he could restore it to pristine condition, He did, and fitting an SSD gave me a better performance than it had ever previously given me.
Any further computer requirements I have, I will be off to contact Ben again, he is superb!!

All work required and then carried out was fully explained in easy to understand terms, whether it was a pad or laptop. The items were returned to us on time as promised.We shall use B.C.C. again if required and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Excellent customer service always at the end of the phone no matter what time. Price is always reasonable compared to a lot of other IT company. Goes that extra mile to please.

He was very helpful and willing to give extra information on aspects of the meeting which were not necessarily linked to the problem in hand.

Having suffered numerous computer shutdowns after upgrading to Windows 10 I asked Martin at Limbtec to check my laptop and discover if it was terminally ill. Within less than 24 hours I was able to collect the computer with a clean bill of health and the information I needed to correct the problem. Thoroughly recommended for an honest and quick service.

Absolutely fantastic overall service - highly efficient, fab customer service, exceptionally knowledgeable and great value for money. Very impressed by one of the employees, Isaac, who provided excellent customer service without any blinding jargon, was patient and curtiois towards my elderly mother and was determined to ensure that the difficult technical issues on her iPad were rectified. I was so impressed at the thorough and individual customer-focussed service in this shop, which I felt far exceeded the larger corporate bodies. Would highly recommend this business.

Jireh Solutions are the IT company for outsourcing this area of your business. They are at the end of the phone to help with all types of queries from our staff and help with the 'back up' of our systems. They have recently installed a VOIP phone system over our 2 office locations with no hassles. Very pleased with the service Andy Platts and his team provide.

After our existing IT supplier 'upgraded our system' we had an issue with our email server not communicating with our mobiles, their advice was buy some new phones! One call to Jireh and they solved the problem without us actually being a customer at the time! These guys know what they are talking about. The laptops they sell are pretty good too!
