DylanIT sorted out a corrupted driver file that had disabled the mouse of my old WindowsXP PC that had made it impossible for me to run a 'chkdsk'; promptly at very reasonable cost.
Thus old and valuable data that would have been difficult or next to impossible to recover was preserved, much to my relief and satisfaction. I would add that Dylan are not the only people I've used for the odd problem, but I'd not go elsewhere now.
