I had a problem that wouldn't go away in the home but did not occur on their work bench. They did not charge me for two of these. It was suggested I have a home visit and the problem was solved within half an hour and my partners mini iPad. When you bear in mind I was going to buy a new or refurbished computer from them, this underlines their commitment to keeping their customers happy. Professional and fair.

I have used PC Simple for repairs several times and found them efficient & well priced. The added information received from Clives alerts by e-mail are of great benefit. They keep people up to date with current threats and scams. I have not found purchases to be particularly cheap but I will use them again for sales and repairs. Good job PC Simple.

Whether on phone or, when visiting the shop, there is always someone who is ready with a smile and willing to help! Well worth going to PCSimple if you have a problem, as, most of the time, they are willing to help, on the spot, rather than send you away unsatisfied!

I have an older PC that was running Windows Vista.PC Simple were able to upgrade this machine to Windows 10 at much less cost than purchasing a new computer. Plus I still have the keyboard that I am familiar with. Would not hesitate to use this company again and would recommend to others.

A computer update from Windows 8 to Windows had reduced my fairly new Dell laptop to a nice,shiny, metal box! PC Simple, patiently tried everything they could to reboot and reinstall Windows 10 successfully (with the option of staying with Windows 8 if I wished. They were efficient; professional; friendly; and probably saved me about £650! Highly recommended,
