Felt straight away when in conversation with Gemma that we were looking at what my options were and what was in my best interest, not that I was being sold anything or that there were chances to upsell me. We were chatting in order to understand where I am, what I need and why, this allowed me to feel very reassured with the service I had received. To the point where I have already sent a relative her way, will certainly be using again and referring others who may be able to make use of her services!

I had the pleasure of instructing once again my mortgage broker, Melanie Cook from Trinity Finance, this time to do a re-mortgage and she was nothing less than absolutely terrific! She is calm and patient and explains everything in a very easy to understand and reassuring way and she will always find the best mortgage to suit your individual circumstances. This time I also had the pleasure of working with Vince Spicer who is the mortgage administration manager at Trinity Finance who was also terrific! Once Melanie had submitted the application to the mortgage company, he then followed everything up for me, checking in regularly with the lender and the surveyors and the solicitors to ensure everything was kept on track and he kept me updated all along the way right up to completion. The service I received from Melanie and Vince was truly excellent and I would thoroughly recommend them because they are excellent mortgage brokers.

I had very good experience with Trinity Finance, my mum recommended their service to me. Maria and Vincent help my husband and myself with our mortgage application, and it got approved quite fast. They are pros, and replies email fast, answering all the questions that we had. Highly recommend.

What a great service Trinity Finance provides. Berkin is my broker and he did everything He can to find me the best deal. Also always looked for the updated rates, he managed to get me a better second rate from Halifax. He guided me through the process as I'm first time buyer. He responded all the questions I have (maybe silly ones as well) with a friendly manner and patience. Thanks Berkin for your first class service. Ben Harrington answered all my questions, initially for a new mortgage and then subsequently a remortgage as we decided to stay put and our current deal was ending. I have found him to be patient and put up with my endless calls as I am very indecisive! Have now just had an offer which was better than expected. I couldn't have done it without Ben's assistance.

Melanie (ably assisted by Vince) did a great job in getting us a mortgage when we didn’t think we would manage to get one. Both older, husband in 60’s and part time with income from different sources, we found lenders would only take earned income into account and another mortgage broker found the same. Melanie didn’t give up and managed to get us a mortgage with a mainstream lender. She was proactive and responsive and we are very grateful.
